eTelecare Global Solutions is a worldwide contact center outsourcer with 10,000 employees used by companies such as Vonage. I was at the Scottsdale location.

I was the principle technical writer and editor for the Policy Documents documents for their credit card processing operations.

The processing operations were currently undergoing an aggressive Payment Card Industry (PCI) audit where twelve extensive requirements must be met.

Mark took the initiative on a critical project for information management and tackled its design issues right away. Mark was always prompt in responding to my questions, and he patiently explained details again and again for complex problems where the operation and functions were not obvious from a first sitting.

Through his dedication and attention to detail, he was able to bring the project to completion. He also created and constantly updated the FAQ Policy and Procedures document that the engineers use to enter data into the FAQ system.

Without Mark's diligent project and application management, this project would have been delayed, and it certainly would not be operating at its current high level of efficiency.
