You won't
need Bible Codes to figure this one out. Ok first off always remember the Aleph
and the Tav grouping of letters is not a spoken word in Hebrew. When Rabbis read
this part of the Torah the two letter combination does not make a word as all rather think of it as the
Description of Elohim that is Creating
and being spoken of in Genesis 1:1 (The
scripture referenced above). Moreover this description is also similar to his
initials
not unlike a signature
pronouncing I was here and I am responsible for what was done here.
The order is: 1)In the beginning 2)Created 3)Elohim 3)![]()
then 4)the Heavens 5)and 6)the Earth. the Et as it is called today is a
description of Elohim. It's location is exact center of the sentence and I think
it's for good reason.
Keep in
mind that Moses was given the Torah, the first five books of what we Christians
call the Old Testament of the Canonized Bible. When he was given the words to
write down he was given them exactly and wrote them down letter by letter with
exacting precision. I have heard that all scribes of the Torah that copied the
Torah Scroll would do so with the up most care and attention to detail because
to miss a letter or have one out of order is almost tantamount to allowing the
universe to unravel or be un-created for the lack of better word. It is also
believed by many that once creation was spoken into existence that it is
continually spoken into existence, with the effect being that if he stopped
speaking our created existence, we would simply be no more. Everything would
basically return to the point of when he first started to speak creation.
Complete and utter nothingness only him. Even outer space being a in a vacuum
state is something measurable and exists. So you can see how important these
books are and why it is so important to keep every letter exact and in place.
They are the words straight out of the mouth of the creator, and relayed just as
exactingly to his servant Moses for the writing of the Torah.
So back to the
![]()
. It is a
grouping of two letters with a seemingly much deeper significance. Representing time,
space, eternity, and everything in between. For instance maybe today a math symbol
like
might help us to represent the idea of infinity
as an eternity. Many people who do not use that symbol, or might have been
around prior to it's creation and use, would never have known the significance.
So what better way to show that same idea of infinity or stating the beginning
and ending of time with any standard alphabet than to use the first and last
letters of that alphabet.
Jesus' words in the New Testament were
translated into Greek. Since the first letter of the Greek alphabet is Alpha the
last letter of the Greek alphabet is Omega they represented a change in language
from the original Hebrew text letters in which the first letter in Hebrew is
Aleph and the Last letter is Tav. They can be freely exchanged in this manner.
In English we would simply state A to Z or AZ. AZ
is not a word in the English language neither is
![]()
{Alpha Omega} in Greek and as stated earlier neither is
![]()
{Aleph Tav} in Hebrew. Still keeping in mind of coarse that in Hebrew text is read from right to left
so
properly written as
![]()
.
As a side note: It seems very interesting that this two letter grouping would be able to portray the idea of beginning through ending with all alphabets in all languages that have a beginning and an ending letter. In this way his signature and description could be translated into all languages and understood at all times through the ages by mankind around the world even if a specific alphabet might of changed through the century's or millennia.
So now we
see "The Revealing" actually stated in Revelation not Revelations
but (singular) Revelation. The revealing that the creator of all things was the
non created Spirit of God indwelt in the form of a man with flesh. (The one we
call Jesus of Nazareth) He did not have a created Spirit as we humans do but was
the actual same Spirit of the Father the one and only Creator residing in flesh
to come and save us from ourselves. There is but one Spirit not two or three but
just ONE. Sin has permeated throughout time and has been passed down through all
generations of man. We were all hopelessly lost and without any chance of
returning to the Garden where we once walked and talked with the Lord, until his
planned will of salvation; the only escape from sin being through him that came
to earth in the form of a man and gave up his heavenly powers to show us what we
could do leading as an example and providing the pure lamb like sacrifice to
wash away (not just cover) all sin from the Aleph of time to the Tav of time.
Only he was there in the beginning and only he will be there at what some will
feel is the ending at Judgment; for the wages of sin is death, and without him the soul is
truly dead. We have the promise of an eternity of life for the grateful and blessed
that accepted his gift and we will be remaining with him that created the very spirit that resides and has resided in
every man, woman, and child born on this earth. SO SMILE!!!
Revelation 1:8 I am Alpha {Aleph} and Omega {Tav}, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
John 1:1 In the beginning was
the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made
that was made.
John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the
world knew him not.
John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld
his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of
grace and truth.
Colossians 1:14 In whom we have
redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:
16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and
that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones,
or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him,
and for him:
Exodus 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
The
I AM had no
Creator (No Beginning and will have No Ending)
Time seems to be very much a human condition.
