At first glance, Marshmallow Duel (MDuel) is
deceptively simple-- Just like all great and timeless games. The fact that a game, conceived in the early 90's and programmed in DOS, can be so enthralling, fun-filled, and addictive is a testimony to the unique, simple gameplay that makes the game what it is; a diamond in the rough. Rarely do you find a game that is capable of stirring human emotions on such a basic level. This page is not satire. MDuel is a real game. The creators of this site are two avid MDuel fans, both of whom own the full version and have been playing for years. Since we first played the game, we recognized how simply and addictively fun it was. Around early 2003 we had been planning to launch a fansite, hoping that others may download and similarly enjoy the magnum opus of two students, who, in seeking to put themselves through medical school, gave birth to hopefully what will become one of the most respected games in recent times. |
