Now comes G. C. Sharp, independent executor of the last will and es­tate of Ida I. Sharp, deceased, and returns to the court an inventory of all the property real and personal belonging to the estate of Ida I. Sharp, deceased, that has come to his knowledge which he has cause to be appraised.

Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day person­ally appeared A. F. Mayfield, Jno. M. Elliott and Nathan Lowe, appraisers heretofore duly appointed by this court to appraise all the property of the estate of Ida I. Sharp, deceased, who being first by me duly sworn upon oath say that the foregoing is a true and correct appraisment of the property, both real and personal belonging to the estate of Ida I. Sharp, deceased, to the best of their information and belief.

I, G. C. Sharp, independant executor of the estate of Ida I. Sharp, deceased, do solemnly swear that the above and foregoing inventory is a true and perfect inventory and list of all the property real and personal belonging to said estate that has come to his knowledge and that there are no claims due to the said estate.
