THE
STATE OF
That
I, Ida I. Sharp, of the County of Tarrant and State of Texas, being of sound
mind and disposing memory, but in bad health, do hereby make and publish this
my last will and Testament, hereby revoking all other wills at any other time
by me heretofore made.
FIRST. I
direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall by my executor
hereinafter named, be paid out of my estate as soon after my decease as shall
by him be found convenient.
SECOND. I give and bequeath to my beloved
husband G. C. Sharp all my property of every kind and nature whatsoever, both
real and personal, of which I may die seized, to have and to hold the same to
him and his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever. Giving my
said husband full power and authority to sell or otherwise dispose of any or
all of said property, in such way or manner as to him may seem best.
THIRD. Having
implicit faith and confidence in my beloved husband G. C. Sharp, I especially
commit to his faithful love, the care, maintenance and education of our
children knowing full well that they will be
well cared for and educated, this being my greatest
earthly desire.
FOURTH. I
nominate and appoint my said husband G. C. Sharp to be the sole and independent
executor of this will and direct that no security or bond be required of him as
such executor.
FIFTH. It
is my will that no other action be had in the County Court in the
administration of my estate, than to prove and record this will and return an
inventory and appraisement of my estate and list of claims.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I hereunto set my hand this the
26th day of October, A.D. 1903 in the presence of F. L. Caldwell, A. F.
Mayfield and J. C. Smith, who attest the same at my request.
The
above instrument was now here subscribed by Ida I. Sharp the testator, in our
presence, and we at her request, and in her presence and in the presence of
each other, sign our names as attesting witnesses.
