I learned this fold at what I'd consider the best mexican restaurant in California. The owner, Flora Guerrero, was kind enough to demonstrate this
cute boat for me several times.
If you ever find yourself in the Palm Springs area stop by South of the Border in
Desert Hot Springs and say hello to Flora and Fernando for me (and if you are over 21 I highly recommend the Fernando's special margarita).
