Disclaimer
I understand that it's wrong to ridicule someone because of they way they talk or their grasp of the English language. That's sincerely not why we found this message hilarious. The thing is that there are maybe a dozen words in the entire call that are identifiable with any certainty.

I suppose there's a thin line between laughing at a voice message and laughing at the person who made it; I honestly feel that we were laughing at the message and not the messenger. If you doubt that and are
offended, I apologize, but we must have played this message fifty times over the next two weeks and found it just as amusing each time. Anyway, I ended up working with him for about a half hour, and though it was a difficult conversation, he was a pleasant and intelligent man and I treated him with
the respect he deserved.

That said, I love this recording. It's almost art. It is bebop! What's the "owny woo" all about? And "centimeter"? What could he possibly have been saying there?!? I talked to him at length and I still can't interpret most of this message. It's just a fascinating call.
