Grand Knight's Report - June 13, 2007
The Knights of Columbus, Bristol Council #379, is pleased to announce that they have awarded a total of 11 scholarships and Catholic school grants for the 2007 - 2008 academic year.
This year Bristol Council was blessed with a little extra monetary assets resulting from last year's sale of the council hall, previously located on Metacom Avenue.
There were three college scholarships, four secondary grants and four elementary grants. College Scholarship recipients included; Tara McCarthy, Jacquline Stokes-Alves, and Lauren DaPonte. Secondary Catholic School Grant recipients included; Meghan Mello, Sean Rielly, Joshua Squatrito, and Melanie Goes. Elementary Catholic School Grant recipients included; Meghan Rielly, Gabriella Alves, Joseph Mello III, and Daniel Rensenhausen.
