To access FTP sites through your browser.

1. In the Address bar, type the Internet address (URL) for the FTP site you want to connect to. For example: ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/

   If the site requires a username and password, you need to include that information in the address. For example: 
   ftp://username:password@ftp.microsoft.com/

   You may have to enable  FTP view in the browser.  Right-Mouse click on the Blue E, then use the advanced view tab.  Look for the "Enable FTP View" check box.

2. To download a file or folder, right-click the item on the page, and then click Copy to Folder.

3. To upload (to the web), just drag any file from your file explorer, to the FTP window.

4. Get FTP Software like Cute FTP Write for a crack. 

5. or get Smart FTP which is a lot better.

6. Black Widow looks real promising.
