To access FTP sites through your browser.

In the Address bar, type the Internet address (URL) for the FTP site you want to connect to. For example: ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/
If the site requires a username and password, you need to include that information in the address. For example:
ftp://username:password@ftp.microsoft.com/
You may have to enable FTP view in
the browser. Right-Mouse click on the Blue E, then use the advanced
view tab. Look for the "Enable FTP View" check box.

To download a file or folder, right-click the item on the page, and then click Copy to Folder.

To upload (to the web), just drag any file from your file explorer, to the FTP window.
