We do our best to please all of
our participants’ tastes by preparing great home-cooked meals,
with Vegetarian-Friendly alternatives,
large salad bars and our famous Mingus Mountain Oatmeal! Food is
served family style and so it is important that all participants
be on time for seating and serving. Check your program schedule
for meal times.
The Dining Hall is common space
for all participants to share and is always open for night owls
