    • All reviews posted under the name of MiniGolf CT or staff members of MiniGolf CT are the sole property of MiniGolf CT. They may not be reposted on another website or elsewhere without written permission. (Exception: The Putting Penguin graciously allows us to repost reviews from their website, and they may do likewise with our reviews.) Whenever a review is reposted, the author must be identified as MiniGolf CT or the member of our staff who posted it.
  2. Visitor Reviews
    • All reviews submitted by a visitor to MiniGolf CT become the property of MiniGolf CT. By submitting a review, you allow MiniGolf CT to post it on our website indefinitely, and to allow other sites to repost it as under Section 1. You may repost your own reviews wherever you please.

  1. Collection of Information From Website Visitors
    • In order to record the number of visitors and page views our website receives, AddFreeStats collects non-personally-identifiable information about you when you visit, including general info about your computer, the page you followed to come to this page, and links that direct you to another page. For more info, please read the AddFreeStats Code section of their Privacy Policy. (Note: Most of their policy is meant for us as a user of their service, however, the two or so sentences under AddFreeStats Code refer to visitors to our site.)
  2. Visitor Review Information
    • When you submit a visitor review, you voluntarily give us your name and e-mail address. We use your first name only to identify you as the reviewer when we post your review. Your e-mail address will only be used to let you know that we received your review. If you are under 13 years of age, thanks to COPPA regulations, you may not fill out the "Name" and "E-mail" fields of a review.
Part 3: Our Rights As A Review Site
  1. Overview
    • Simply put, our mission statement is to review Connecticut miniature golf courses. We do so with no bias, and approach each course with an open mind. This makes all of our reviews non-partisan. We are not out to publish libel or to slander a particular course, and we will not do so. Part of fair reviewing includes publishing unfavorable reviews, whether they are our own opinion, that of another review website, or of our visitors. Reviews from visitors or another review website do not reflect the opinions of MiniGolf CT, and we hold no responsibility for their opinions. That being said, we will remove or refuse to publish reviews that appear to be unfairly biased either in favor or against a course.
  2. Appeals Process
    • If you, as a course owner, believe any review of your site is unfairly biased, e-mail us and explain why. If you believe a MiniGolf CT review was not biased, but is inherently unfair based on the current condition of your course, e-mail us and explain why (for instance, if specific problems were addressed, . We will investigate however we can. Due to limited resources, we may not be able to visit the course and analyze its current situation. However, we will use other resources, including third party opinions and other reviews, to analyze the fairness of the review. We will then take appropriate action based on our final analysis.

We may revise or replace this disclaimer at any time, and these changes will be reflected on this webpage.
