| 2. Can I obtain properties results for pressures less than 611.213 Pa? | Yes. You can call the IF97 Region 2 or Region 5 functions, based on temperature, with pressure less than 611.213 Pa. For example, v := spvl97mc(100 , 300 , 2) to get the specific volume at p = 100 Pa, T = 300 K in IF97 Region 2). However, note that there is a minimum pressure below which the internal math calculations may fail. The ASTEM97 implementation, particularly for the backward equations, is based on a minimum pressure of 611.213 Pa. |
