Registration and Benefits

ASTEM for Mathcad-Pro® (ASTEMMCP) is a shareware program.  If you intent to use it and you find it to be a valuable addition to Mathcad®, a shareware fee is to be paid.. This will allow me to maintain ASTEM and support users with questions or clarifications in its use.  It might also prompt me to develop other additions for Mathcad® in engineering areas like heat transfer, fluid flow, nuclear power, etc.  ASTEMMCP is in no way limited. All available functions are accessible and there is no time out feature.  It is also uninstallable.

Please see the ASTEM For Mathcad-Pro (ASTEMMCP) Registration Information Form - REGISTER.TXT - which is included in the installation package.  Registered users will be given priority response to comments, question and user guide clarification via e-mail: mister_ed@cox.net.  An Internet address with the most up-to-date version will be provided by e-mail.  If you wish to upgrade your registration to receive source code and support files for your own development, make sure you include a valid e-mail address as you will be provided with an Internet location to download the additional material.

ASTEMMCP is not free.  Please review LICENSE.TXT - which is included in the installation package.

Users who elect to register the upgrade (with source code) will be provided with an Internet address for up-to-date source code.

ASTEMDLL.DLL may used outside Mathcad®, in a C/C++ environment with the ASTEMDLL.H header file and the .LIB and .OBJ files.  The ASTEMMCP.C source code (annotated) will provide sample coding on how to use ASTEMDLL.DLL.  ASTEMMCP.C also contains the coding for the additional four transport properties. As a registered user you will be free to modify and improve ASTEMMCP.DLL and to use ASTEMDLL.DLL for your own development.  An acknowledgment of the original programming is all that is necessary. Additional details regarding ASTEMDLL.DLL may be found on the ASTEM Home Page.
