ASTEM for Windows 3.x

ASTEM is implemented as a dynamic link library (DLL).  The current version, including Visual Basic 3.0 implementation, for Windows 3.x is already available.
The Windows 3.x Get water.zip version (water.zip) is available at Visit Winsite  WinSite. This version is Freeware. Read README.TXT.

The thermodynamic properties are:
(1) Pressure 
(2) Temperature 
(3) Specific volume 
(4) Specific internal energy 
(5) Specific enthalpy 
(6) Specific entropy		 (7) Specific heat capacity at p=cont 
(8) Specific heat capacity at v=cont 
(9) Isothermal compressibility 
(10) Coefficient of thermal expansion 
(11) Isentropic sonic velocity
