Rnd 1:  Ch 4, 9 dc in first ch at beginning, sl st to top of beg ch 4 to join.  (10 dc)

Rnd 2:  Ch 1, sc in sm st, ch 3, sc in sm st, (sc in next dc, ch 3, sc in sm dc) 9 times, sl st to beg sc to join.  (20 sc and 3 ch-3 loops)

Finish off.  Weave in ends.  Attach magnet to back.
