After coming out of Egypt and upon receiving the laws of hwhy, all Israyl promised to obey every word that proceeded out of the mouth of YAHWEH (Ex. 19:7-8). Animal sacrifices for unintentional sin had not been ordained (Jer. 7:21-24).

Had ALL Israyl kept their promise by being obedient to YAHWEH'S laws there would have been no problem with this added law. But they did not keep their promise. No, not even the Levitical priesthood, who were entrusted with keeping the law, were righteous. They all sinned against YAHWEH from the least to the greatest. Read what the prophet Isayah was inspired to write (Isa. 24:1, 2, 5 ; 9:16; 10:1). Also the prophet Yeremyah at (Yer. 23:11; 25:34; 50:6). It is plain to see that there is no perfection of the people in the physical priesthood...and spiritual perfection is the commanded goal (Gen. 17:2; Mt. 5:48).

Few people today, understand the contents of the book of Hebrews. Most preachers want to say the book of Hebrews was "doing away" with the laws of YAHWEH...which is exactly what the Levitical priesthood was condemned for doing! The prophet Malachi was inspired to write of the law and departing from it (Mal. 2:7-9). It was departing from the law of YAHWEH that cut all Israyl off from our Creator (Mal. 2:12-13). Yes, the Levitical priesthood departed from the laws of YAHWEH, as Ba’al’s preacher’s persuade this whole world to do today. The prophet Malachi then gives us final admonition (Mal. 4:4-5 "Remember the Torah!). YAHWEH sent Malachi, as He sent other prophets, to warn Israyl to turn to the laws, statutes and judgments YAHWEH gave to Moshe...then YAHWEH said to the Levitical priesthood that He, "...no longer regards your offerings or accepts them from your hands." This, in fact, rendered the Levitical priesthood of NONE EFFECT for YAHWEH'S worship! It was the Levitical priesthood’s responsibility to offer sacrifices for the people. With the sacrifices not acceptable, this Levitical priesthood was worthless.

YAHshua received His authority from YAHWEH. He has the written testimony of the prophets of old. In fact, YAHshua will come to bless all the nations of the earth in fulfillment of the prophetic promise made to Abraham (Gen. 22:15-18). YAHshua does and will bless all nations through the offices He holds! In effect, the original priesthood was promised to YAHshua for that is the office He holds at this very minute.

Through YAHshua's office this whole world will be blessed! Authorities agree this promise was given in 1921 BCE. This promise of priesthood was not based on "genealogy" but upon righteousness, as King David shows in Ps. 110:4. YAHshua is King of Righteousness.

YAHWEH originally intended for the office of priesthood to be held in righteousness by the "firstborn son" of every Israylite, but due to sin, the breaking of YAHWEH'S law, this priesthood was officially changed (Num. 3:12).

The Levitical Aaronic priesthood had been given to Aaron and his sons to offer sacrifices for the people. The law of the Levitical priesthood was given because of sin, 430 years after the promise was given to Abraham because of his obedience...in the year 1490 BCE. It is this added law of sacrificial system, because of sin, the Levitical priesthood, that the DECEIVED preachers of this whole world get confused with YAHWEH'S Royal Law—His laws, statutes, and judgments...which He says are eternal (Isa. 24:1-6).

The deceived preachers of this world are teaching the same things the Levitical priesthood was condemned and rejected for (Hos. 4:1, 6). The Levitical priesthood forgot YAHWEH, so YAHWEH rejected them.

Yet, thousands of preachers twist the writings of the talmidim to make the world believe that YAHWEH'S set-apart law was done away with when Sha’ul was speaking of the physical law concerning the Levitical priesthood. Compare Heb. 7:12-20 with Psa. 110:4. It was the Levitical priesthood law that was added 430 years after the promise was given to Abraham (Gal. 3:16-29).

The fact is we do not inherit the priesthood by "genealogy" but ONLY by righteousness, in the same way YAHshua did. YAHshua qualified for the office of High Priest because of righteousness.

The prophet Ezekiel was taken captive during the Babylonian captivity to the river Kebar. It was during his captivity that YAHWEH showed him the FUTURE of the land of Israyl and the city of Yerusalem. YAHWEH also showed him the righteous priests of the millennial age, and the change in the office of High Priest (Ez. 21:1-2, 21-27; cf w/17:24).

In this prophecy Ezekiel said the office of High Priest had been taken away because of sin. The word translated "diadem" (v. 26) is the symbol of the office of High Priest only. YAHshua our Messiah has been given these offices. YAHshua has qualified for the office of King of the world...and will take over that office when He returns.

The first ordinance was that no uncircumcised in heart or in flesh would enter into His sanctuary. There will be flesh and blood in the millennial reign...but there will be no deceit, for Satan will be bound, and a seal set upon him that he will be unable to deceive flesh and blood during the 1,000 year reign of YAHshua!

The next ordinance YAHWEH states is the change in the Levitical priesthood (Ez. 44:10-14). In effect, the Levitical priesthood is being demoted. In the millennial reign they will be dong what the Levites were first commissioned to do...be helpers to the Priests.

We are told "who" the Royal Priesthood will consist of (Ez. 44:15). The words "sons of Zadok" are a play on words. Sons of Zadok is "Sons of Righteousness!" Only the sons of righteousness will be priests in the Millennial Reign, for we are training for the priesthood through righteousness at this very time (Rev. 1:6-7, 3:12, 5:10).

Well, Brother Jerry, there you have it. That is what I’ve been taught until your lesson on the two covenants. I have to say, if yours is more correct than what I’ve just written for you, I’ve got more questions than ever about why we would pick the Sabbaths out to keep and discard the tallit and tzitzit and other things. I know I will have a very hard time without clear chapter and verse command to retain one ordinance and discard another. I do not refer to the Scriptural form of worship show to Israyl as Judaism but instead prefer the term Yahwism. I see the Messiah YAHshua in the tallit and tzitzit. I see the true name of the FATHER and His laws which indicate He has a government (kingdom).

It seems to me that we learn spiritual lessons about the eternal kingdom from physical things we do like observing the Mo’edim of Lev. 23. So why throw away any that is not specifically commanded. In the environment I’m in and not being able to assemble with the brethren of like mind, I like seeing things to remind me of the FATHER and Son and their way of life.

Shalom and warmest greetings in the awesome and majestic names of YAHWEH and YAHshua. I read your most recent letter concerning the priesthood. In so many, many areas you are correct, yet you are in error in others. Please let me explain. You are correct that the original priesthood of Israel should have been the firstborn sons. But Israel turned and worshipped the golden calf just after they consummated the covenant with YAHWEH. They quickly turned out of the way. Yet, isn’t it amazing that Aaron, the high priest of the tribe of Levi is the one who fashioned and molded the golden calf? This established a precedent in that family which would be a proclivity of theirs during their priesthood. They were easily moved by popular opinion. They were people pleasers. Actually, the change from the Aaronic to the Melchisedek priesthood was prophesied during the days of the judges. Remember the story of Eli, Hophni and Phineas? They were unfaithful. Samuel, an Ephraimite, was the one who would listen to the voice of YAHWEH and therefore, was elevated to the priesthood after YAHWEH deposed of the Aaronic Levitical family. This was only a parable (the Scriptures are written in parables) to reveal that the priesthood would eventually be changed.

There are other patterns that also must come forth in the Scriptures if we are to understand what has taken place. The most important is that of flesh and that of spirit. Adam was made of flesh, of the dust of the earth. Yes, YAHWEH breathed the breath of life in him, but when he rebelled against YAHWEH'S command and took of the forbidden fruit, his spirit changed from being like YAHWEH to that of being like the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. A new Adam had to emerge, One sent from heaven in order to rectify the situation and to begin the turn-around.

The first Israel was like Adam, simply a physical, natural, carnally minded people. They were given YAHWEH'S spiritual law, but the flesh is at enmity with the spirit. YAHWEH gave them physical, natural, carnal commandments so that they would remind them to keep the law of the spirit. But He already knew that no matter how many physical things He could give them, they would eventually corrupt and fall away. They would have to be destroyed.

Yes, it is true that the Melchizedek is to be the righteous priesthood which is administering and subject to the law of the spirit. But how do we administer this righteousness? Doesn’t YAHWEH have to be in us through YAHshua? Isn’t it a fact that YAHWEH and YAHshua are our righteousness? It is no longer the things that we can do with our hands to remind us of YAHWEH'S and YAHshua's righteousness and to cause us to live in that righteousness. It must come from the spirit, from the heart. First the heart has to be circumcised. Can you or I cut ourselves open and remove the flesh from the heart? Absolutely not. Can you or I offer a righteous animal or flour sacrifice and be counted righteous and forgiven of our sins? Absolutely not. Can you or I make something to hang on or be a part of our garments which will remind us to live by the righteousness of the law? Absolutely not.

Too many, many in the assemblies are becoming too much like the Pharisees in their approach to YAHWEH'S commands. It doesn’t matter what we can do with our hands. All that does is establish our own righteousness which is not acceptable in YAHWEH'S sight. Remember that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom to come. Remember that YAHWEH has another body prepared for those who belong to Him and His righteous Melchizedek priesthood, which receives that righteousness through the faith and poser of the Holy Spirit given through YAHshua.

Concerning the command of the Sabbath day, YAHWEH has given us six days to labor with our hands. But the Sabbath is the day of righteousness for we refrain from the work of our hands on that day. It is a part of the 10 commandments and is still a viable command for us in today’s world.

The Scriptures also reveal that Israel would be cast away from YAHWEH for a specific period of time. YAHWEH'S people have been placed under the power of the Gentile beast kingdoms until YAHWEH determines to re-gather His people in the last days. I know that there are those who are teaching the 613 commandments. Your writing, especially the manner in which you spell Israel, reveals to me that you are being swayed by those people. It isn’t possible for anyone to be able to keep all of the supposed 613 commandments, not even for the most Orthodox of the Jewish people who are living in the land of Israel or Canaan today. The focus on the 613 commandments is an attempt to revive the works of the flesh and not the works of the spirit. Read Romans chapter 7 again and again. Paul even says that he serves the law of sin with the flesh, but the law of the spirit with the mind. He was a Pharisee and his writings are hated and despised by all Orthodox Jews and any others who attempt to follow their ways today. Many in the assemblies have declared Paul to be a castaway and anathema. Paul declares that he was one of the greatest and most diligent of the followers of the sect of the Pharisees. But in order to apprehend the Messiah, he counted all of that righteousness that he had under the law as but dung that he might win the Messiah. He even withstood those Pharisees who would place others under bondage by demanding that they be circumcised by the hands of men in the flesh.

I know what Protestantism and Catholicism and Greek Orthodoxy teach, and they are in error. But I also know what Orthodox Judaism, other Jewish faiths and many in the assemblies are now teaching and they are also in grievous error. The portion of the law that is done away is that which is performed by the hands of man in order to establish man’s righteousness. Remember that Paul instructs us that we have received the HOPE of righteousness. We who have received the Holy Spirit, only receive the EARNEST of the Spirit, not the fullness of it. It isn’t possible for the fullness of the Spirit of righteousness to dwell in our sinful fleshly bodies. The body of flesh wouldn’t be able to bear it. It is our purpose to proclaim the liberty of those who will be resurrected and given a new body of immortality, not a body of physical fleshly mortality that we now dwell in.

Please consider these things and don’t be swayed by those who would place you on a path of extreme self-righteousness, but please also be careful of those who would cause you to walk contrary to the way of righteousness that is in the Savior YAHshua.
