While there have been 19 annual Unity Conferences, which have been primarily sponsored by the assemblies at Eaton Rapids, MI., Rocheport, MO., and Cisco, TX., the ability to achieve true unity in the body of the Messiah still escapes us.

The Unity Conference has given these assemblies the opportunity to come in contact with so many, many who seem to be in the state of coming into the knowledge of the Sacred Names and much of the true doctrines of the Scriptures. But the ability to come into unity in doctrine continually escapes us.

Of course, there is the problem of the absence of other assemblies at the meetings. YNCA, Bethel, Abilene are among the other more prominent assemblies who refuse to take part in these conferences.

I know the stand taken by YNCA since I was there for a number of years. Their stand was that nothing was accomplished and therefore it is useless to make an attempt. Bethel recognizes no other assembly other than their own as representatives of YAHWEH, while Abilene recognizes no other place on earth as the legitimate place of worship other than Abilene.

Thankfully, we can trust in YAHshua’s words which encouraged His disciples to "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the FATHER, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the age." Amen," Mt. 28:19-20.

Again, He commanded, "Go ye into all the world, and preach the evangel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned," Mk. 16:15.

Luke also records, "Then opened He their understanding, that they might understand the Scriptures, and said unto them, ‘Thus it is written and thus it behooved the Messiah to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day: and that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. And ye are witnesses of these things," Lk. 24:45-48.

Yes, YAHshua commanded His disciples to go forth from Jerusalem and carry the message of Himself to all nations. He didn’t even want the message to be "bottled up" or to remain "bound" in Jerusalem. The destruction of Jerusalem and its temple proves this.

It is a proclivity of man to not only try to establish assemblies and groups everywhere, but also to attempt to set up a centralized point of control and distribution, witness the Roman Catholic Church and its Papacy, for example. Thus, all Catholics look to Rome and its Pope for its inspiration, doctrines and control.

Greek Orthodoxy and Russian Orthodoxy actually followed the same example. The Greek Orthodox looked to their "Holy See" at Constantinople and the Russian Orthodox Church looked to its "Holy See" at Moscow, Russia.

Protestantism has attempted to do the same thing, but with much less success than the Catholic and Orthodox churches. Now, there are those in the YAHwist world who are attempting to establish their "man and point of control."

I understand the reasoning behind this idea, having been a member of the Worldwide Church of God for a little over 18 years. We were taught that the WWCG was the "Only true Church" and to be outside that body would result in being cut-off and destroyed from taking part in the kingdom of heaven, or the world to come. Herbert W. Armstrong was God’s apostle and no one dared question his authority. To question was to be cut-off and destroyed. While we were able to receive a lot of truth from that group, we were hindered from coming to all the truth because of that doctrine.

We were especially hindered from coming to the truth concerning the Sacred Names. I remember early in the 1980’s, there were Sacred Name groups who were coming into our sites at the Feast of Tabernacles distributing literature concerning the Sacred Names. It must have created quite a stir, because HWA established a study group to look into the truth concerning the Sacred Name.

I remember that he declared that he was establishing this study group openly at one of the messages that he gave at Big Sandy. It must have been a Feast of Tabernacles. I also remember that I was awaiting the results with anticipation, but it took somewhere around a year to a year and a half. But he finally got around to making his announcement declaring, "The results of our study are in and we have determined that the name of the Heavenly FATHER is YAHWEH, but I prefer to call Him "the Eternal." (paraphrased, but close)

From that time on, when the WWCG ministers came to the words "the LORD" in the Scriptures, they always would say "the Eternal." This may be what has helped me to be able to automatically take the words "the LORD" when I come across them in Scripture and respond with "YAHWEH," because it is an automatic thing with me now. Of course, I can’t discount the fact that the Holy Spirit can cause it also.

We were so used and submissive to HWA’s control that we never even questioned why he refused to embrace the truth he had admitted concerning the FATHER’S name. That applied, of course, to the overall majority. I am sure that there were some who were influenced to turn and embrace the truth concerning the names, but the great overall preponderance of the sheep, just followed blindly along, because that is what they (we) were conditioned to do.

The sad thing is that the same situation applies in some of YAHWEH’S assemblies today. I am not saying that there is no authority in the body of the Messiah. There is a single head of authority and that single head of authority is our Heavenly High Priest after the order of Melchizedek, YAHshua the Messiah.

Many proclaim that Peter was given the authority over the New Testament Assembly by YAHshua, Himself, because of Mt. 16:18-19. We can see that Peter certainly did step into the forefront of things when the Holy Spirit was given in Acts 2 and he certainly was instrumental in being the first to make contact with non-Hebrew believers (Acts 10). But it was James who stood and gave the decision of the apostles in Acts 15 concerning circumcision. And Paul withstood Peter when he saw that he was exhibiting prejudice against the uncircumcised (Gal. 2:11-21).

I can tell you that HWA never allowed any so-called "underling" ministers to question or correct him, especially in such an open manner that Paul did with Peter. I don’t think that the Catholic Church would allow such to occur on the Pope’s behalf. I am sure that some of the assemblies mentioned would also never allow such to take place. As a matter of fact, one of those leaders has seen fit to cast his own sons out of his group. (I don’t seek to offend anyone, but the truth almost always offends some, if not a great majority.

We are not supposed to be promoting ourselves! We are not supposed to be promoting our own position, status or greatness over others! We are not supposed to be promoting one assembly over the other. The One we are to be promoting is our head, YAHshua the Messiah! After all, we are to be His bride and it should be our purpose to get to know Him to the best of our ability, for it pleases the FATHER for us to do so.

Doesn’t every father desire his son to have the best and most loyal bride that he can have? Doesn’t every father want the bride to love her husband with all her heart? Doesn’t every father desire his son’s bride to know his son in all of his fullness and ability?

If YAHshua is to be our husband, then shouldn’t we get to know every little detail about Him? If YAHshua is to be our husband, then shouldn’t we be promoting Him and presenting Him to others with great joy and rejoicing? Shouldn’t we be preparing ourselves and excitedly getting ready for the wedding? Shouldn’t we be promoting His name to others, declaring His identity?

My name is Jerry Healan, but I am not to be promoting my name and any greatness (which is none) that I might have. If I belong to YAHshua (and I do hope that I belong to Him with all my heart) then I am to take His name and promote that name, not mine. After all, He is going to give those who are His a new name. I will also wait upon Him to do that. My earthly father and mother named me with my current name and I will honor their decision until YAHshua returns and gives me another.

The name of our group is YAHWEH’S Evangelical Assembly, but we took that name only to do a work. It is not our purpose to promote this assembly above all others. It is our purpose to promote the body of the Messiah. If we can only be utilized to feed the sheep with at least a small portion of the life giving, life saving heavenly food, which is YAHshua, the Bread of Life, then our purpose has been fulfilled.

If we have been utilized to help some to stay attached to the true body, the body of the Messiah, then our purpose has been accomplished. If we have been utilized to bring some few to the true body of the Messiah, no matter which assembly they choose to attend or meet with, then we have served our purpose.

We are supposed to be the "Children or Sons of Elohim (1 Jn. 3:1-2). The word for "son" in the Hebrew is "ben." "Ben" is defined as; a son (as a builder of the family name)! (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance, Hebrew Lexicon, #1121.)

YAHshua was YAHWEH’S true Son because He requested, "Holy FATHER, keep through Thine own name those whom Thou hast given Me, that they may be one, as We are," Jn. 17:11b. He is the builder of the name to be named above all names! That name is the heavenly name YAHWEH! It is the name of the FATHER and of the Son, for the name YAHshua means "the salvation of YAHWEH" or "YAHWEH the Savior." Thus, it isn’t wrong for us to promote the name YAHshua or YAHushua, or Yehowshua, or Yeshua etc.

If we are true sons of Elohim, we will be promoting the true name of Elohim. It is too bad that some have been deceived to the point that they have come to hate and detest the names YAHWEH and YAHshua. They continue to promote the erroneous renderings of God, the LORD, Jesus, etc.

Even though Herbert W. Armstrong admitted, through the research that he initiated, that the name of the FATHER was YAHWEH, he wouldn’t personally embrace it. He preferred to utilize a translation rather than the transliteration. He and his administration continued to promote the terms "God", "Jesus", etc. rather than promote the true. So many of the ministers from that organization have been led to resent, detest and outright hate the true names. What a shame, because they were taught to seek and embrace the truth when it comes, but their stumbling block was that Herbert W. Armstrong was the one who put his blessing on the truth and if he didn’t receive it, acknowledge it or bless it, then it simply couldn’t be the truth.

I want to relate this story. I have declared it in some messages that I have given, but not all have heard those messages nor understand where I stand.

I dearly loved my earthly father and the family name that he passed down to me. He had three sons, but no daughters. I always wanted sons in order to be able to continue the family name. However, I was only given daughters, not sons. It frustrated me and agonized me to no end. To make things worse, my brother 17 months younger than I only had daughters and no sons.

The only hope was in my youngest brother who did have a son, but he only has a daughter at this stage of time. Thus, the family name will soon die out from our branch of it, at least.

But one day I began thinking, wait a minute! I am to be the bride of the Messiah. A bride leaves her own family name behind and takes on the family name of her husband.

My own wife, as most wives do, forsook her family name and took on my name in order to raise a family which would promote my own family name. This is one of the very important features for the woman’s creation. We are to do the same with the family name of heaven. One day soon, if I am blessed to be a part of the bride of the Messiah, I will no longer need to be recognized by my last name of Healan. I will be a member of the family of YAHWEH. Indeed, if I already have the Holy Spirit, then I am already sealed with His name and only need either the resurrection or change to openly manifest it.

What is it that unites us as one with the FATHER and the family name of YAHWEH? Isn’t it YAHshua the Messiah? "And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to Thee. Holy FATHER, keep through Thine own name those whom Thou hast given Me, that they may be one, as We are….Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on Me through their word. That they all may be one; as Thou, FATHER, art in Me, and I in Thee, that they also may be one in Us: that the world may believe that Thou hast sent Me. And the glory which Thou gavest Me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and Thou in Me, that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that Thou hast sent Me, and hast loved them, as Thou hast loved Me. FATHER, I will that they also, whom Thou hast given Me, be with Me where I am; that they may behold My glory, which Thou hast given Me: for Thou lovedst Me before the foundation of the world," Jn. 17:11, 20-24.

It is through YAHshua that we can become one with the FATHER! We need to know the glory of YAHshua, which He had before the foundation of the world. We need to also understand the glory that He now possesses and will possess.

It is also through YAHshua that we can be at one with each other. Therefore, if we are going to have any semblance of unity, we must come to know and understand how the Scriptures speak of Him. That is the purpose of this ministry. YAHshua will be the primary focal point of every message that I will give at the Unity Conferences. He will be the primary focal point of our writings and our messages. After all, if we are to be married to Him, shouldn’t we get to know our Bridegroom better and begin to do those things that please Him?

May the day hasten when we will have that true unity!

Scripture proclaims, "YAHWEH by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath He established the heavens. By His knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew," Prov. 3:19-20.

Notice the three important ingredients brought forth by these two simple yet very meaningful verses, 1. wisdom, 2. understanding, 3. knowledge.

Again, the Scriptures proclaim, "The fear of YAHWEH is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the Holy Ones (translated from qodeshim, a plural word, not singular as presented by the KJV) is understanding," Prov. 9:10.

"My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee; so that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom (what the earth is founded on), and apply thine heart to understanding (by which the heavens are established); yea, if thou criest after knowledge (by which the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew), and liftest up thy voice for understanding (by which the heavens are established); if thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; then shalt thou understand the fear of YAHWEH, and find the knowledge (by which the depths are broken up, and the clods drop down the dew) of Elohim. For YAHWEH giveth wisdom (what the earth is founded on): out of His mouth cometh knowledge (by which the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew) and understanding (by which the heavens are established). He layeth up sound wisdom (by which the earth is founded) for the righteous: He is a buckler to them that walk uprightly. He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of His saints. Then shalt thou understand righteousness, and judgment, and equity; yea, every good path. When wisdom (by which the earth is founded) entereth into thine heart, and knowledge (by which the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew) is pleasant unto thy soul; discretion shall preserve thee, understanding (by which the heavens are established) shall keep thee: to deliver thee from the way of the evil (man or one), from the man that speaketh froward (perverse) things; who leave the paths of uprightness, to walk in the ways of darkness; who rejoice to do evil, and delight in the frowardness of the wicked; whose ways are crooked, and they froward in their paths: to deliver thee from the strange woman, even from the stranger which flattereth with her words; which forsaketh the guide of her youth, and forgetteth the covenant of her Elohim," Prov. 2:1-17.

"The fear of YAHWEH is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction," Prov. 1:7.

Thus, we learn that the "fear" of YAHWEH is not only the beginning of wisdom (what the earth is founded on), but it is also the beginning of knowledge (by which the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew). The Hebrew word for "fear" is "yirah" which has to do with reverence, morality, to be afraid of, dreadfully, fear, etc. A wise child loves and fears his father all at the same time. A normal child will love his father very deeply and respect his authority and the rules of his house. But he will also learn to fear his father by breaking his rules or going against his authority, because a good father will correct his child and sometimes that correction isn’t pleasant.

But a foolish child will not submit himself to his father’s authority nor to his house rules. He will always be getting into trouble and many even disdain the correction received from their father’s hand. Such is the case with the Creator YAHWEH and His people. YAHWEH is a loving FATHER who has His own set of rules. Those rules are good for His people. They are not imposed to bring His people under a yoke of bondage. So many, many in this present evil age simply don’t understand this, even those who claim to be of His own household. Many teach that His laws are done away.

Let us properly fear, honor, respect, and reverence our Heavenly FATHER YAHWEH so that we can glean wisdom, understanding and knowledge. Through this proper fear, we can glean wisdom from His word concerning how the earth is established. We can also unlock doors of understanding concerning the establishment of the heavens. Finally, we will be able to search into the depths and into the heights to glean knowledge. Let’s apply these principles to the "dew" that the clouds drop down or distil.

The Proverbs, themselves, are riddles or parables that must be searched into in order to come to a true or an even deeper meaning to their sayings. As a matter of fact, the book of Proverbs begins thusly, "The proverbs of Solomon the son of David, king of Israel; to know wisdom and instruction; to perceive the words of understanding; to receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, and judgment, and equity: to give subtilty to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion. A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: To understand a proverb, and the interpretation: the words of the wise, and their dark sayings," 1:1-7.

From these Scriptures we learn that proverbs are dark sayings which must be searched out in order to come to the proper interpretation. Therefore, proverbs and parables are somewhat equal in nature. What we must do is search them out, "It is the glory of Elohim to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter," Prov. 25:2.

When YAHshua spoke to the people of His day, He spoke to them in parables (Mt. 13:1-3). His disciples came to Him asking, "Why speakest Thou unto them in parables?" Mt. 13:10. "He answered and said unto them, ‘Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. For whosoever hath, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah, which saith, ‘By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: for this People’s heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.’ But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them," Mt. 13:11-17.

They are in error who teach that parables are simply little made up stories introduced in order to clarify something being presented. Parables, according to the Savior YAHshua, are given to keep the overall multitudes blinded to the truth. Their understanding is only given to a chosen few.

According to Hebrews 9:1-9, the first covenant with its ordinances of divine service, the tabernacle, the candlestick (menorah), the table, the shewbread, the veil, the holy of holies, the golden censer, the ark of the covenant, the golden pot of manna, Aaron’s rod that budded, the tables of the covenant, the cherubim of glory, the mercyseat, etc., were all parables (verse 9).

The KJV calls them "figures" in verse 9, but the word "figures" is translated from the Greek word "parabole" which is the very same word utilized in Mt. 13. Therefore, we can deduct that the things given to Israel were for the purpose of blinding the overall majority of the people. This is confirmed by the Apostle Paul who proclaims that except for the elected few, the overall majority of the Israelites were blinded (Ro. 11:7). This was done so that through Israel’s fall, the door to mercy and salvation might also be opened to the Gentiles (non-Hebrews. (Ro. 11:11-12, 15, 19-20, 25).

One of the items said to be a figure or parable in Heb. 9 is the golden pot of manna (v. 4). The introduction of the manna occurs in Exodus 16, "1. And they took their journey from Elim, and all the congregation of the children of Israel came unto the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departing out of the land of Egypt. 2. And the whole congregation of the children of Israel murmured against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness: 3. and the children of Israel said unto them, ‘Would to Elohim we had died by the hand of YAHWEH in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the flesh pots, and when we did eat bread to the full; for ye have brought us forth into this wilderness, to kill this whole assembly with hunger.’ 4. Then said YAHWEH unto Moses, ‘Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in My law, or no. 5. And it shall come to pass, that on the sixth day they shall prepare that which they bring in; and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily.’ 6. And Moses and Aaron said unto all the children of Israel, ‘At even, then ye shall know that YAHWEH hath brought you out from the land of Egypt: 7. and in the morning, then ye shall see the glory of YAHWEH; for that He heareth your murmurings against YAHWEH: and what are we, that ye murmur against us?’ 8. And Moses said, ‘This shall be, when YAHWEH shall give you in the evening flesh to eat, and in the morning bread to the full; for that YAHWEH heareth your murmurings which ye murmur against Him: and what are we? Your murmurings are not against us, but against YAHWEH.’ 9. And Moses spake unto Aaron, ‘Say unto all the congregation of the children of Israel, ‘Come near before YAHWEH: for He hath heard your murmurings.’ 10. And it came to pass, as Aaron spake unto the whole congregation of the children of Israel, that they looked toward the wilderness, and, behold, the glory of YAHWEH appeared in the cloud. 11. And YAHWEH spake unto Moses, saying, 12. ‘I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel: speak unto them, saying, ‘At even ye shall eat flesh, and in the morning ye shall be filled with bread; and ye shall know that I am YAHWEH your Elohim.’ 13. And it came to pass, that at even the quails came up, and covered the camp: and in the morning the dew lay round about the host. And when the dew that lay was gone up, behold, upon the face of the wilderness there lay a small round thing, as small as the hoar frost on the ground."

Several things must be pointed out concerning the manna. We will not focus on these points in this treatise as our focus here is on the dew. Another treatise will be written to explain the points and significance of the manna. The points to focus on are:

1. The manna was called bread from heaven (Ex. 16:4) and the grain of the mighty ones (Psa. 78:23-25).

2. It was given to prove Israel whether they would walk in YAHWEH’S law or not (Ex. 16:4).

3. It was given for them to be able to see the glory of YAHWEH (Ex. 16:7).

4. It was given for them to know YAHWEH is their Elohim (Ex. 16:12).

5. It came with the dew (Ex. 16:13-14).

6. It was meted out or measured with an omer (Ex. 16:18).

7. It pointed them to the true seventh day Sabbath (Ex. 16:22-26).

8. The term "manna" means that Israel didn’t know what it was (Ex. 16:15).

The manna, however wondrous it was, was only a parable, a type, a model of something else. We find what it was a type of in the book of John, chapter 6, "27. Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for Him hath YAHWEH the FATHER sealed.’ 28. Then said they unto Him, ‘What shall we do that we might work the works of Elohim?’ 29. YAHshua answered and said unto them, ‘This is the work of Elohim, that ye believe on Him Whom He hath sent.’ 30. They said therefore unto Him, ‘What sign shewest Thou then, that we may see, and believe Thee? What dost Thou work? 31. Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, ‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’ 32. Then YAHshua said unto them, ‘Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but My FATHER giveth you the true bread from heaven. 33. For the bread of Elohim is He Which cometh down from heaven and giveth life unto the world.’ 34. Then said they unto Him, ‘Master, evermore give us this bread.’ 35. And YAHshua said unto them, ‘I am the Bread of Life: he that cometh to Me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on Me shall never thirst. 36. But I said unto you, That ye also have seen Me, and believe not. 37. All that the FATHER giveth Me shall come to Me; and him that cometh to Me I will in no wise cast out. 38. For I came down from heaven, not to do Mine own will, but the will of Him That sent Me. 39. And this is the FATHER’S will Which hath sent Me, that of all which He hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40. And this is the will of Him That sent Me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on Him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.’ 41. The Jews then murmured at Him, because He said, ‘I am the bread which came down from heaven.’ 42. And they said, ‘Is not this YAHshua, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then that He saith, ‘I came down from heaven?’"

Notice the similarity. When the bread from heaven was given in the wilderness, the children of Israel called it "manna" because they didn’t know what it was. The manna was a parable, a type of YAHshua, the true bread from heaven. When He tried to explain this truth to the people, they couldn’t understand nor accept it. Once again, the term "manna" applies, because "manna" means "what’s it?" or "what’s this?" and that is what the people of YAHshua’s day were, in effect, saying, "And they said, ‘Is not this YAHshua, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How is it then (what is this?) that He saith, ‘I came down from heaven?’" Jn. 6:42.

Going back to the book of Proverbs, the statement is made, "By His knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew." 3:20. The word "drop" is translated from the Hebrew word "ra’aph" which also is translated as "distil." The dew distils in the air (heaven) and drops down on the earth. It literally comes from heaven according to YAHWEH’S own word. Dew, therefore, would be the purest water.

Water, itself, is likened to the Holy Spirit, "In the last day, that great day of the feast, YAHshua stood and cried, saying, ‘If any man thirst, let him come unto Me, and drink. He that believeth on Me, as the Scripture hath said, out of His belly shall flow rivers of living water.’ (But this spake He of the Spirit, Which they that believe on Him should receive: for the Holy Spirit was not yet given; because that YAHshua was not yet glorified.)" Jn. 7:37-39. Thus, the dew, the purest of water because it is distilled from heaven and would be a most acceptable type of the Holy (pure, clean) Spirit.

YAHshua was conceived by the Holy Spirit, "And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from YAHWEH unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, to a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Miriam. And the angel came in unto her, and said, ‘Hail, thou that art highly favoured, YAHWEH is with thee: blessed art thou among women. And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. And the angel said unto her, ‘Fear not, Miriam: for thou hast found favour with Elohim. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a Son, and shalt call His name YAHshua. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Sovereign YAHWEH shall give unto Him the throne of His father David: And He shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of His kingdom there shall be no end.’ Then said Miriam unto the angel, ‘How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?’ And the angel answered and said unto her, ‘The Holy Spirit shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy Thing Which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of Elohim," Lk. 1:26-35.

"Now the birth of YAHshua the Messiah was on this wise: When as His mother Miriam was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not willing to make her a publick example, was minded to put her away privily. But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of YAHWEH appeared unto him in a dream, saying, ‘Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Miriam thy wife: for That Which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. And she shall bring forth a Son, and thou shalt call His name YAHshua: for He shall save His people from their sins.’" Mt. 1:18-21.

Both accounts, Matthew 1 and Luke 1 witness that Miriam was a virgin, having known no man and that YAHshua was conceived by the Holy Spirit. Notice the similarity between the parable and the true. The manna (bread from heaven) came with the dew (waters distilled from heaven). The True Bread from heaven, YAHshua, was distilled or conceived by the waters from heaven, the Holy Spirit.

The Hebrew word for "dew" is "tal." This word is #2919 in Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance’s Hebrew Lexicon and is defined as dew (as covering vegetation). Now, this concept is most important to understand because the Scriptures declare, "The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, ‘Prepare ye the way of YAHWEH, make straight in the desert a highway for our Elohim. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: and the glory of YAHWEH shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of YAHWEH hath spoken it.’ The voice said, ‘Cry.’ And he said, ‘What shall I cry?’ ‘All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field: the grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of YAHWEH bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass. The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our Elohim shall stand for ever’." Isa. 40:3-8.

Are you beginning to understand this concept now? All flesh is as grass. All flesh (man) needs to be covered because all flesh has sinned and fallen short of the glory of Elohim. The dew covers vegetation. Grass is vegetation. Therefore, the dew is a type of the covering that YAHWEH has provided for the grass, that is, all flesh (all men who will believe)!

Notice what it says again, "The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our Elohim shall stand for ever" (v. 8). Who or what is the word? "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with Elohim and the Word was Elohim. The same was in the beginning with Elohim. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. In Him was life: and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not....And the Word was made flesh (conceived by the Holy Spirit), and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the FATHER,) full of grace and truth," Jn. 1:1-5, 14.

Notice that..."full of grace!" "The king’s (YAHWEH’S) wrath is as the roaring of a lion; but His favour is as dew upon the grass," Prov. 19:12.

The Hebrew word for "favour" is "ratsown" which comes from another word "ratsah" which means "to satisfy a debt!" Isn’t that the message of the New Covenant? Isn’t that the message of the grace, the mercy, the favour that comes from YAHWEH to man through our Sovereign and Savior YAHshua? Doesn’t He have the power to redeem us, buy us back from sin, death, the grave?

Psalm 102 is a prayer of the afflicted, when he is overwhelmed, and pours out his complaint before YAHWEH, "My days are like a shadow that declineth; and I am withered like grass. But Thou O YAHWEH, shalt endure for ever; and Thy remembrance unto all generations. Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come," vv. 11-12.

"As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth. For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more. But the mercy of YAHWEH is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear Him and His righteousness unto children’s children; to such as keep His covenant, and to those that remember His commandments to do them," Psa. 103:15-18.

The prophet Isaiah continues, "O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, ‘Behold your Elohim!’ Behold, the Sovereign YAHWEH will come with strong hand, and His arm shall rule for Him: behold, His reward is with Him, and His work before Him. He shall feed His flock like a shepherd: He shall gather the lambs with His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young," Isa. 40:9-11.

The Apostle Paul writes, "Who (YAHshua) was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with Elohim through our Sovereign YAHshua the Messiah: by Whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of Elohim. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of YAHWEH is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Spirit which is given unto us. For when we were yet without strength, in due time the Messiah died for the unrighteous. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But YAHWEH commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, the Messiah died for us. Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to YAHWEH by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life. And not only so, but we also joy in YAHWEH through our Sovereign YAHshua the Messiah, by Whom we have now received the atonement," Ro. 4:25; 5:1-11. "Atonement" comes from the Hebrew word "kippur" which means to COVER!

YAHshua, the true bread from heaven, was conceived in the womb of the virgin Miriam by the Holy Spirit. When the time came for His birth, YAHWEH had brought about conditions which would cause Joseph and Miriam to be in Bethlehem, "And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed. (And this taxing was first made when Cyrenius was governor of Syria.) And all went to be taxed, everyone into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) to be taxed with Mariam his espoused wife, being great with child," Lk. 2:1-5.

Bethlehem is a combination of two Hebrew words, "bayith" and "lechem." Bayith means house, temple or family. Lechem means bread. YAHshua, the true bread from heaven was born in Bethlehem, the house, family or temple of bread!

Furthermore, "And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling clothes, and laid Him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn," Lk. 2:6-7.

The Greek word for "manger" is "phatne" which is defined as "a crib (for fodder). It comes from another word "pateomai" which means "to eat!" In other words, a manger is a crib from whence animals are fed. Thus, YAHshua, the true bread from heaven, was born in the house or temple of bread and lain in a crib from which animals are fed.

In both the Old and New Testaments YAHWEH’S people are called sheep! "For thus saith the Sovereign YAHWEH; ‘Behold, I, even I, will both search My sheep, and seek them out. As a shepherd seeketh out His flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out My sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day. And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all inhabited places of the country. I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel. I will feed My flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Sovereign YAHWEH. I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat (gross) and the strong (impudent); I will feed them with judgment," Ez. 34:11-16.

"Then said YAHshua unto them again, ‘Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. All that ever came before Me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. I am the door: by Me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. I am the good Shepherd: the good Shepherd giveth His life for the sheep. But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. I am the good Shepherd, and know My sheep, and am known of Mine. As the FATHER knoweth Me, even so know I the FATHER: and I lay down My life for the sheep. And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear My voice; and there shall be one fold, and one Shepherd," Jn. 10:7-16.

The third time that YAHshua showed Himself to the disciples an interesting discourse occurred between YAHshua and Peter, "So when they had dined, YAHshua saith to Simon Peter, ‘Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou Me more than these?’ He saith unto Him, ‘Yea, Master; Thou knowest that I love Thee.’ He saith unto him, ‘Feed My lambs.’ He saith to him again the second time, ‘Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou Me?’ He saith unto Him, ‘Yea, Master; Thou knowest that I love Thee.’ He saith unto him, ‘Feed My sheep.’ He saith unto him the third time, ‘Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou Me?’ Peter was grieved because He said unto him the third time, ‘Lovest thou Me?’ And he said unto Him, ‘Master, Thou knowest all things; Thou knowest that I love Thee.’ YAHshua saith unto him, ‘Feed My sheep," Jn. 21:15-17.

Here was YAHshua, the true bread from heaven, distilled by the Holy Spirit, the heavenly dew, admonishing Peter to feed His sheep. Of course, that food with which the sheep are to be feed is YAHshua, Himself.

Before His death, YAHshua had a final meal with His disciples. During this meal, "YAHshua took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, ‘Take, eat; this is My body," Mt. 26:26. Paul writes, "For I have received of the Master that which also I delivered unto you, That the Sovereign YAHshua the same night in which He was betrayed took bread: and when He had given thanks, He brake it, and said, ‘Take, eat, this is My body, which is broken for you: this do in remembrance of Me," 1 Cor. 11:23-24.

The sheep of YAHWEH are to be fed with YAHshua, the true bread from heaven that was distilled from the heavenly dew, the Holy Spirit.

Peter had denied YAHshua three times, thus, when YAHshua asked him if He loved Him three times, Peter was sorely grieved because of his denial. Later, Peter wrote, The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of the Messiah, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: feed the flock of YAHWEH which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; neither as being sovereigns over YAHWEH’S heritage, but being ensamples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away," 1 Pet. 5:1-4.

When YAHshua, the true bread from heaven, was born at Bethlehem, the house/temple of bread, there were shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night (Lk. 2:8). "And lo, the angel of YAHWEH came upon them, and the glory of YAHWEH shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, ‘Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is the Messiah YAHWEH. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the Babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.’ And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising YAHWEH, and saying, ‘Glory to YAHWEH in the highest, and on earth, peace, good will toward men.’ And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, ‘Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which YAHWEH hath made known unto us.’ And they came with haste, and found Miriam, and Joseph, and the Babe lying in a manger. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this Child. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds," Lk. 2:9-18.

After hearing the message of the Savior’s birth and then going to witness such for themselves, the shepherds went to the people declaring what they had seen and heard. While YAHshua is the chief and true Shepherd, those whom have been called out of this world to declare His message are to be even more faithful shepherds then the ones who witnessed His birth. After all, they were shepherding animals, but the shepherds serving under YAHshua are to be faithful in declaring the message of truth to the sheep of His pasture, His people.

YAHWEH indicts the unfaithful shepherds, "And the word of YAHWEH came unto me, saying, ‘Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, ‘Thus saith the Sovereign YAHWEH unto the shepherds; ‘Woe be unto the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flocks? Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock. The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought again that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with cruelty have ye ruled them. And they were scattered, because there is no shepherd: and they became meat to all the beasts of the field, when they were scattered. My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and upon every high hill: yea, My flock was scattered upon all the face of the earth, and none did search or seek after them. Therefore, ye shepherds, hear the word of YAHWEH; as I live, saith the Sovereign YAHWEH, surely because My flock became a prey, and My flock became meat to every beast of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did My shepherds search for My flock, but the shepherds fed themselves, and fed not My flock; therefore, O ye shepherds, hear the word of YAHWEH;’ Thus saith the Sovereign YAHWEH; ‘Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require My flock at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the flock; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; for I will deliver My flock from their mouth, that they may not be meat for them," Ez. 34:1-10.

Isaiah was inspired to write, "Woe be unto the shepherds that destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture! Saith YAHWEH. Therefore thus saith the Sovereign YAHWEH of Israel against the shepherds that feed My People; Ye have scattered My flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith YAHWEH. And I will gather the remnant of My flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase. And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them: and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith YAHWEH," 23:1-4.

Those who are set up as leaders of groups, churches, congregations and assemblies that teach and believe in the Messiah should pay very special attention. Whether they are priests, prophets, preachers, teachers, etc., they should be feeding the sheep of YAHWEH’S house with the proper diet. The Apostle Paul cautioned, "Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Spirit hath made you overseers, to feed the assembly of YAHWEH, which He hath purchased with His own blood. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. Therefore watch, and remember that by the space of three years I ceased not to warn every one night and day with tears. And now, brethren, I commend you to YAHWEH, and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified. I have coveted no man’s silver, or gold, or apparel. Yea, ye yourselves know that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me. I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Sovereign YAHshua, how He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive," Acts 20:28-35.

And so now all shepherds, are you leading the sheep of YAHWEH’S pasture to the true food? Are you serving the body of the Messiah with the true bread from heaven which has been distilled from the blessed heavenly dew, the Holy Spirit? Let’s not seek to exalt ourselves one above the other, nor seek to make ourselves rich at the expense of the sheep, but let’s work together to serve, feed and lead the sheep of YAHWEH’S pasture to the One true Anointed, YAHshua the Messiah, the true bread from heaven Who was distilled (conceived) by the true waters from heaven, the Holy Spirit.

The blessing of the dew of heaven was and is most important to understand. By tracing the blessing of the dew, we should be able to come to the identification of the modern day children of Israel even though their identity may be hidden from the world and even to themselves. The Patriarch Isaac blessed his son Jacob with the dew of heaven, "And his father Isaac said unto him, ‘Come near now, and kiss me, my son.’ And he came near, and kissed him: and he smelled the smell of his raiment, and blessed him, and said, ‘See, the smell of my son is as the smell of a field which YAHWEH hath blessed: therefore Elohim give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine: let people serve thee, and nations bow down to thee: be sovereign over thy brethren, and let thy mother’s sons bow down to thee: cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee’," Gen. 27:26-29.

When Esau begged for a blessing also, Isaac told him, "Behold, I have made him thy sovereign, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son?" Gen. 27:37. The implication here is that the same blessings that Jacob received couldn’t be passed on to Esau. In the blessing on Esau, the King James Version states, "Behold, thy dwelling shall be the fatness of the earth, and of the dew of heaven from above; and by thy sword shalt thou live, and shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt have the dominion that thou shalt break his yoke from off thy neck," (vv. 39-40). The implication, therefore, is that Esau would dwell away from the fatness of the earth and the dew of heaven because that was the blessing that was given to Jacob.

Jacob passed the right of his name, Israel, down to Ephraim and Manasseh, "And he blessed Joseph, and said, ‘Elohim before Whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the Elohim Which fed me all my life long unto this day, the Angel Which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.’ And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the head of Ephraim it displeased him: and he held up his father’s hand, to remove it from Ephraim’s head unto Manasseh’s head. And Joseph said unto his father, ‘Not so, my father: for this is the firstborn; put thy right hand upon his head.’ And his father refused, and said, ‘I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations.’ And he blessed them that day, saying, ‘In thee shall Israel bless, saying, ‘Elohim make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh:’’ and he set Ephraim before Manasseh," Gen. 48:15-20.

Such is the reason that the northern kingdom ruled by the Ephraimite kings was known as the kingdom of "Israel" while the southern kingdom ruled by the Judahite Davidic lineage was named "Judah."

Jacob blessed Joseph further, "Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall: the archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him: but his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty Elohim of Jacob; (from thence is the Shepherd, the Stone of Israel:) even by the El of thy father, Who shall help thee; and by the ALMIGHTY, Who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts and of the womb: the blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren," Gen. 49:22-28.

Notice that! Blessings of heaven above! The blessings of heaven above have already been revealed as the blessings of the dew!

Moses followed the example of his forefathers in passing the blessings of the dew down to Joseph, "And of Joseph he said, ‘Blessed of YAHWEH be his land, for the precious things of heaven, for the dew, and for the deep that coucheth beneath, and for the precious fruits brought forth by the sun, and for the precious things put forth by the moon, and for the chief things of the ancient mountains, and for the precious things of the lasting hills, and for the precious things of the earth and fulness thereof, and for the good will of Him That dwelt in the bush: Let the blessing come upon the head of Joseph, and upon the top of the head of him that was separated from his brethren. His glory is like the firstling of his bullock, and his horns are like the horns of unicorns: with them he shall push the people together to the ends of the earth: and they are the ten thousands of Ephraim, and they are the thousands of Manasseh," Dt. 33:13-17.

Joseph (Ephraim and Manasseh) were to be blessed with the precious things of heaven, especially the dew, and also for the things of the deep. However, the northern kingdom of Israel under the rulership of the Ephraimite kings went into captivity around 723-721 BCE and eventually became known as the "lost ten tribes." But that doesn’t remove the right to the name of inheritance, the name of Israel, nor does that remove them from the right to the blessings of the dew of heaven.

The whole prophecy of Moses was for the history of all of Israel from that time that he prophesied until the latter days as is recorded in Dt. 31:29, "For I know that after my death ye will utterly corrupt yourselves, and turn aside from the way which I have commanded you; and evil will befall you in the latter days; because ye will do evil in the sight of YAHWEH, to provoke Him to anger through the work of your hands. Then follows chapter 32 which declares the history of the tribes of Israel before it takes place, yet following chapter 32 is chapter 33 which records Moses’ blessing upon the tribes of Israel just before His death. Even while Israel and Judah are cast away from YAHWEH’S presence, their blessings are to follow them.

In these last days those who proclaim that they are of the tribe of Judah are in the process of reclaiming the land of Canaan as their possession because YAHWEH gave it to them. They have even declared themselves as the land of "Israel." Yet, the right to be called Israel belongs to Ephraim and Manasseh, not to Judah. The only way that Judah will be able to lawfully claim the right to the name of Israel will be when both Judah and Israel (Ephraim and Manasseh) are united as one people under the hand and power of the Messiah.

All of Israel (including Judah) sinned against the covenant of YAHWEH and had to be cast out of the land of Canaan, the land of inheritance. The tribe of Judah has been cast out twice, first by the Babylonians and second by the Romans.

The promise of YAHWEH is that He will establish a "New Covenant" with the whole house of Israel, "Behold, the days come, saith YAHWEH, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which My covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith YAHWEH: but this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; after those days, saith YAHWEH, I will put My law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their Elohim, and they shall be My People. And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know YAHWEH:’ for they shall all know Me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith YAHWEH: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more," Jer. 31:31-34.

Notice that He declares the new covenant will be made first with the house of Israel (Ephraim). Notice also that He will forgive their iniquity and remember their sin no more. This means that they will be covered!

YAHWEH decrees, "I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely: for Mine anger is turned away from him. I will be as the dew unto Israel: he shall grow as the lily, and cast forth his roots as Lebanon," Hos. 14:4-5. HalleluYAH!!!!! YAHWEH is Israel’s dew! YAHWEH is the One Who will heal Israel and Judah. He is the One Who will cover them as the dew!

We will ask the question, Who is it that have been the possessors and publishers of the New Covenant for so long a time? Hasn’t it been primarily Britain and America? Look at the blessings that have come upon both nations in the latter days!

Judah is YAHWEH’S lawgiver (Gen. 49:10, Psa. 60:7, Psa. 108:8). That means that Judah has been utilized to preserve the Torah (the law), the prophets and the songs, to wit, the Tanakh or the Old Covenant. The word "lawgiver" comes from the Hebrew term "chaqaq" which is defined as: a primitive root; properly, to hack, i.e. engrave (Judges 5:14, to be a scribe simply); by implication, to enact (laws being cut in stone or metal tablets in primitive times) or (gen.) prescribe.

How long was Judah to be a lawgiver? Until Shiloh come, "The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver (scribe) from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto Him (Shiloh) shall the gathering of the people be," Gen. 49:10.

The word "Shiloh" is an epithet for the Messiah. When YAHshua came, there were scribes who were continuing to preserve the law. Even though they preserved the law, they, like the Pharisees, Sadducees and Herodians, didn’t recognize Who He was. They resisted and withstood Him at every opportunity. Because of this resistance and denial, they were forbidden to write and preserve the New Testament or Covenant. The followers of YAHshua became the new scribes or "lawgivers."

The tribes of Joseph (Ephraim and Manasseh) and Benjamin were the ones who principally accepted YAHshua as the Messiah and became the "lawgivers" (scribes) and preservers of the New Covenant.

They also have been instrumental in preserving the Old Covenant, because the Scriptures which they possess and uphold contain both Old and New Covenants.

YAHshua is Israel’s dew. YAHshua is YAHWEH. The Ephraimites (northern ten tribes) have truly been greatly blessed because of their acceptance and preservation of the covenants, the dew of heaven. These blessings not only include spiritual blessings, but physical blessings as well and look at the prosperity of the British and American peoples. They (we) have been blessed to ride on the high places of the earth because of that which was spoken by the forefathers Abraham, Isaac, Jacob and Moses.

The tabernacle in the wilderness with Israel’s placement around it is another witness concerning the roles of Joseph and Judah. The whole tabernacle with the place of the tribes of Israel reveals a most remarkable intelligence and witness.

Judah was in the east, at the only entrance to the tabernacle. His banner was that of a lion. The name Judah, in relation to the tabernacle is extremely important to understand. The Hebrew for Judah is hdwhy. The "dalet" (d) is not only the Hebrew letter which corresponds as a "d", but its hieroglyphic interpretation is that of a "door." If we eliminate the "dalet" (d) from his name, what remains is hwhy (YAHWEH)! Thus, Judah is the tribe through which entrance to YAHWEH is gained.

The Savior YAHshua was born of the tribe of Judah in the lineage of King David. He proclaimed that He was the "door" (d/dalet). (See Jn. 10) He is also stated to be the "Lion of the tribe of Judah" (Rev. 5:5).

The lion is king of beasts and is a fierce hunter which slays (sacrifices) his prey. Notice that the Aaronic priesthood was also at the entrance to the tabernacle. Aaron was of the tribe of Levi which means "to attach" or "to unite." The tribe of Levi served as the mediator between YAHWEH and Israel. They were the ones who were supposed to keep Israel and YAHWEH in unity. If you will notice the accompanying figure revealing Israel’s placement around the tabernacle, you will find that the rest of the tribes of Levi, the Gershonites, the Merarites and the Kohathites all resided around the tabernacle as a "buffer zone" or more readily as an "attachment" to the tabernacle with the tribes of Israel in turn, attached to them.

It was the Aaronic priesthood that performed the ritual sacrifices and offerings of the people to YAHWEH. The altar of sacrifice was just inside the door of the tabernacle. The people couldn’t approach YAHWEH without a sacrifice or offering of some kind in their hand.

Notice also that Moses was at the entrance to the tabernacle along with the Aaronic priesthood and the tribe of Judah.

YAHshua, the true sacrifice, came to his own (Judah and Levi) who rejected and slew them. Jerusalem was in possession of the tribe of Judah at the time of YAHshua’s appearing. The priesthood had corrupted, but was still offering the sacrifices. It was the chief priests who cried out to crucify YAHshua when Pilate brought Him before the people (Jn. 19:6).

Moses was the one through whom the law was given and it is the tribes of Judah and Levi who continue to preserve it today. But notice what they declared to Pilate, "We have a law, and by our law He ought to die, because He made Himself the Son of Elohim," Jn. 19:7.

Thus, The Levitical priesthood and the tribe of Judah along with the law of Moses declared YAHshua worthy of death and were the principal instigators in His death. But they were only doing the job which had been given to them in the beginning and to which the tabernacle witnesses.

The tribes of Joseph and Benjamin were located at the rear of the tabernacle. They came under the banner of the ox which is an animal of sacrifice. The northern tribes of Israel under the Ephraimite kings turned to idolatry and were eventually cast out of YAHWEH’S sight. The Apostle Paul reveals that YAHWEH purposely blinded Israel (Ro. 11). But this was for the purpose of opening the doors of salvation to nations who previously had no covenant with YAHWEH as Paul writes, "I say then, have they stumbled that they should fall? YAHWEH forbid: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy….For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness (multitude) of Gentiles be come in," Ro. 11:11, 25.

The northern tribes of Israel’s role was to be castaways so that salvation could come to non-Hebrews. This role is similar to that of Joseph who was as good as sacrificed by his brothers because of their hatred and jealousy of him, but rather sold him into slavery. Joseph went through many hardships, but became the salvation for his brothers and father when the great dirge came upon the earth. The brothers who hated him and sold him into slavery even received grace, mercy, forgiveness because Joseph realized that the whole thing had been YAHWEH’S doing.

Joseph’s banner of the ox declared more sacrifice. It was the shed blood of the sacrificial animals which covered the sins of the people.

Another interesting and important item associated with the Gershonites, the tribe of Levi which resided between the tabernacle and the Josephites and Benjamites at the western end of the tabernacle, is that their job was to handle the "tent" of the tabernacle and all of the "coverings" associated with it. Once again, this responsibility speaks of a covering, atoning sacrifice.

Thus, upon YAHshua’s sacrifice and the subsequent growth of the body of the Messiah, a pattern has evolved. Judah was the first tribe involved and the first tribe to have salvation offered to them. Many accepted, but most rejected YAHshua’s atoning sacrifice and Jewish records, especially the Talmud, are replete with attempts to resist, overthrow and destroy the Good News message.

It is highly possible that most of the original disciples were not of the tribe of Judah, but rather of Benjamin and various other tribes, especially Ephraim and Manasseh. However, the Apostle Paul certainly was a Benjamite and was utilized greatly to explain the powerful truths concerning YAHshua and the faith of the New Testament believer.

What we have on the world scene today is witnessed to us by the tabernacle in the wilderness! Judah and Levi continue to uphold Moses and the Old Covenant while the Josephites and Benjamites broadly proclaim the covering (dew) grace of the New Covenant!

This is another proof that England and America are principally of the tribes of Joseph.

However, all is not totally perfect in the Josephite nor the Judahite worlds. When Moses went up to receive instructions from YAHWEH concerning His sanctuary (tabernacle), the priesthood, the commandments, statutes, judgments and ordinances, and the tables of the covenant written in stone, Israel turned to worship the golden calf. (Ex. 32)

When Moses came down from the mount and saw what was going on, he cast the tables of the covenant written in stone to the ground which caused them to break (Ex. 32:19). This action was a type or parable of the lack of the heart and will of the children of Israel to remain true and faithful to their word thereby breaking the covenant that they had just made about 40 days earlier with YAHWEH.

Moses took the golden calf which Aaron had made, burnt it with fire, ground it to powder, and strewed it upon water forcing the Israelites to drink of it. (Ex. 32:20)

This was another type or parable. Water is a type of the Spirit (see Jn. 7:37-39). Thus, Moses made Israel to drink of the spirit of idolatry. Because of their unfaithfulness to YAHWEH’S covenant, Israel was to suffer the consequences of having the tendency to turn to idolatry. We see the consequences of this during the period of their trek in the wilderness, during the period of the Judges and during the period of the Kings.

Even after YAHshua performed the ministry of reconciliation and raised up the New Covenant Assembly, there was a great tendency for idolatrous beliefs and practices to enter into the assembly. Such is the purpose for the various epistles from Peter, James, John, Paul and Judah (Jude), etc. They were trying to instruct the disciples and believers in the Messiah concerning the truths relating to Him in order to correct erroneous teachers who had entered into the body to pervert and carry many away after a false messiah (see Mt. 24). Therefore, the truth has suffered.

The true names of the FATHER and Son were removed from the Scriptures and their honor and glory is being attributed to other false pagan deities. False pagan practices have entered into the body of believers. The Sabbath was changed to the first day of the week giving honor to the sun god. The law contained in the ten commandments is said to have been done away. The birthday of the pagan sun god (Dec. 25th) along with Easter is being observed rather than the commanded feast days of YAHWEH. None of these modern day practices are sanctioned by the Scriptures. They are rather vehemently condemned.

YAHWEH has allowed these things to take place because He has purposely blinded both Israel and Judah (Ro. 11). When the times of the Gentiles come to an end, He will turn His hand to save His people from the error of their ways.

In the meantime, He has allowed Israel to have a semblance of the truth. They have preserved the Scriptures which do identify the Messiah, His acts and the New Covenant. They have been blessed because of this act of preservation and will receive even greater blessings in the future when the Messiah (the Dew) returns to restore the kingdom to Israel and Judah. May YAHWEH speed that day!

Dear Brethren,

I would like to share certain things with you that are on my (our) heart and just let you know what is going on with us in this work that YAHWEH has given us to do.

In the first place, we would truly like to thank you for the opportunity that you are giving us to be able to serve you with the truths that YAHWEH has given to us. The truths are freely given to us and it is our desire to freely share them with you. Therefore, as you all know, we don’t charge for the literature that we joyfully make available to you. Of course, we did receive this principle from the Worldwide Church of God which published the Plain Truth Magazine with which we were associated for many years. I was with that organization from 1969 to 1988 while my wife was with them from 1970 until 1994.

I had been disfellowshipped for having taken it upon myself to study certain subjects out and believe in those studies rather than allowing the ministry to spoon feed me. I was told by the minister who disfellowshipped me that he had the power of doctrine over me, but I told him that the truth had the power of doctrine over me. He informed me that I was disfellowshipped and would "mark" me at the next Sabbath meeting. This is in accordance with Ro. 16:17 which states, "Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them." But he didn’t "mark" me as he had said and I suppose that it was because I wasn’t causing divisions and offences with what I had studied out. As a matter of fact, I hadn’t even discussed them with my wife. He and the accompanying elder with him were the first two who had ever been told about my studies.

Had he marked me, then that would have meant that my own wife would have had to leave me according to their church doctrine. But she did remain with me and eventually followed me out of that group. Of course, by that time they had reversed so many of the truths that had caused us to attach ourselves to that group in the first place. Now they are in an even worse state.

I had gone to the only other group that I knew about at the time of my disfellowshipment which was the Church of God International. During my tenure there I was introduced to some Sacred Name literature by a brother who now meets with us. I became convinced about the truth concerning the names and kept the Feast of Tabernacles with YNCA in 1991 and was baptized into the saving name of YAHshua by them.

I was ordained as an elder at the Feast of Tabernacles in 1993 and did work at Kingdom City from Jan. 1994 to June 1995. We had some troubles there and I found myself again in a state of being disfellowshipped. I don’t desire to go into the details of my expulsion as that is all behind us and we need to simply press on. Suffice it to say that about half of the board disfellowshipped the other half of the board and the group did split at that time.

We formed EAOY of which I was the President of the board there for about a year, but I withdrew because of some differences on doctrines. We then formed YEA and have been in that status ever since.

I must say that there are things that I miss about the WWCG. There was a zeal for the message of the Kingdom of heaven which the brethren so happily and willingly shared (the grass roots) and I know that we were blessed for that zeal. We had such a great family of loved ones there and so many of them are no longer in association with that group because of its falling away into grievous error. Some few are still there, however, but suffice it to say that we miss them all.

We miss the brethren and fellowship that we had at YNCA as well as with EAOY. But one of the things that we have experienced in the Sacred Name movement is the continuing differences of opinions and doctrines which continue to splinter the brethren up into such small, seemingly insignificant groups. Of course, Christianity is also splintered up into many, many groups and factions which continue to splinter into many more groups. It seems that every faith has its factions and splinters. We do understand that it will take YAHshua’s return in order to bring us all together into one body.

When YAHshua was on the earth He declared that the harvest was plenteous, but the laborers are few. If that existed during His ministry, how much greater does it exist today? It is our desire to see the truth be blessed and published throughout the whole world.

We have also become involved in a prison ministry which is both greatly rewarding and fulfilling on one hand, yet is so exasperating and depressing on the other. In the first place, there is a tremendous need for many to become involved in this program.

I recently spoke with one elder from another congregation who informed me that their responses from the prison systems is about the same as ours. Almost 1/2 (about 48.5%) of our mailing list is prisoners. The elder informed me that six men, including himself, went through a training program in order to be able to work in the prison system, but only two are actively involved (himself and one other). I also am the only one involved in our group with actively going to visit with, conduct studies and baptize. We look upon this as a blessing, of course, because they can’t reciprocate us in any manner. But it still gets to be a big problem.

Let me explain, we know that much of the literature we share with these men ends up in the trash cans. But many of them do read all the materials and pass them around to others. We also try to provide Bibles when we can, but we have heard of instances where some few Bibles we have freely provided ended up in the trash cans also.

Please keep in mind that we don’t send our literature out unsolicited. Every person on our mailing list has personally requested to be on it or has had a close friend or relative placed on it (there are only a few of those). This goes for the outside world as well as the prison system.

It costs us a lot to print up this information on a regular basis and send it out. We are willing to serve, but the problem is that every time we send newsletters out, we get so many back because people move and don’t advise us of their new address. Many of the men in prison will have been transferred or released. Very, very few even take the time to write and let us know that they are being transferred or released. We receive their newsletters back and have to pay .83 cents to the post office for each one. That’s in addition to the printing and mailing costs. The cost of just printing one newsletter is about $1.05. The cost to mail it is 0.268 cents. So from purchasing the materials, to printing, to mailing, it costs us about $1.32 per copy. Then when we get a newsletter back in the mail, we have to pay 0.83 cents. This drives the cost up to $2.15 per copy. We have about 618 people on our domestic mailing list. It costs us about $816.00 to send out a domestic issue of the newsletter.

We would certainly appreciate your help in keeping our production costs down, especially when it comes to the mail. If you are moving, please let us know so that we can change your address and avoid the $0.83 cent return charge.

Over 1/3 of our mailings go to prisoners. We only receive donations from about 9 to 15 people in any given month. It is only by the grace and providence of Almighty YAHWEH that we are able to keep our heads afloat. Of course, the costs don’t reflect any of the time that my wife and I put into the work of production. I study, write articles, booklets, tracts, newsletters, prepare messages for the Sabbath, travel to various locations, etc., etc. My wife helps get the mail ready, mails it, helps to run off articles, etc., on the copy machine. She is so needed and necessary when it comes to stapling, folding, taping and labeling the newsletters. Besides all this, I have a business that I have always been involved with in order to provide for my family and pay the bills because the assembly income goes to do YAHWEH’S work.

I know that it sounds like I am whining and complaining, but we are expending our efforts and resources to serve others and we would certainly love to see some spiritual fruits in those lives and some stick-to-it-iveness when it comes to living this way. While we don’t demand that anyone remain faithful to YAHWEH’S Evangelical Assembly, per se, we would certainly love to hear from some assembly or group somewhere that our efforts have stirred a zeal for the truth and the way in someone who has begun to attend with them and is helping them to send the message of salvation out to others.

Well, enough complaining for one newsletter. MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore, who has fought to keep a Ten Commandments monument in the state's judicial building, vowed Thursday that the battle "to defend our constitutional right to acknowledge God must and will continue.

"I will never deny the God upon whom our laws and country depend," Moore said in a fiery defense of the 5,300-pound granite marker, as supporters cheered and prayed on the building's steps.

The monument was still in the building's rotunda early Thursday evening, and court officials did not say when or where it would be moved.

U.S. District Judge Myron Thompson, who had ruled the monument's placement violated the Constitution's ban on government promotion of a religious doctrine, has said it could be moved to a private place still within the building. He had threatened $5,000-a-day fines if Moore left the monument in the public rotunda.

Moore installed the monument two years ago and contends it represents the moral foundation of American law.

"Not only did Judge Thompson put himself above the law, but above God as well," Moore told his supporters Thursday.

The chief justice had appealed to the U.S. Supreme Court for an emergency stay of the removal order, but the court rejected it Wednesday. Moore said Thursday he would file a formal appeal with the high court soon "to defend our constitutional right to acknowledge God."

"I cannot forsake my conscience," he said.

His supporters, meanwhile, promised to block any effort to remove the monument.

"We will kneel at the doors. We will prevent forklifts or trucks from coming in," said Rev. Patrick Mahoney, director of the Christian Defense Coalition, which is organizing around-the-clock demonstrations.

Moore's eight colleagues on the state Supreme Court intervened after Thompson's midnight deadline for removing the monument passed and the monument remained. In ordering the monument moved, the justices said they were "bound by solemn oath to follow the law."

(NOTE: Which laws are these justices "bound by solemn oath to follow? Don’t we have a paradox here? The Ten Commandments are the basic foundation of the laws, statutes, judgments and ordinances of our Creator. Supposedly, our nation and its Constitutional framework were based on the very words of the Creator and His Commandments. Therefore, something is wrong somewhere, if these justices are bound by solemn oath to follow the law, and their ruling goes against the very foundation of the laws that they have sworn to uphold. Actually, the Constitution never dictates a separation between church and state.

But, of course, their ruling does reveal the crux of the situation as is stated in Psalms chapter 2, "Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? 2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against YAHWEH, and against his anointed (Messiah), saying, 3 Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. 4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: YAHWEH shall have them in derision. 5 Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. 6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. 7 ¶ I will declare the decree: YAHWEH hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee. 8 Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession. 9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel. 10 ¶ Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. 11 Serve YAHWEH with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him."

Notice the words "bands" and "cords" in the above verses. "Bands" has to do with His instructions. His instructions are to keep His Commandments. "Cords" have to do with a rope, cord or even chain. It would be the same thing as when we say a child is tied to his mother’s apron strings. YAHWEH’S Commandments instruct us so that we can remain tied to Him.

The Ten Commandments were originally written on two tables of stone which were proclaimed to be the Covenant of YAHWEH with His people. Exodus 34:27,-28, "And YAHWEH said unto Moses, Write thou these words: for after the tenor of these words I have made a covenant with thee and with Israel. 28 ¶ And he was there with YAHWEH forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the ten commandments.

Thus, our own rulers and justices are following the very words of YAHWEH which were spoken ages ago concerning those who would simply cast His words and His commandments away. As also stated, the result will be wrath and vexation poured out upon them and those who are supportive of their rebellious acts.)

Continuing with the news report: Justice Gorman Houston said all eight instructed building manager Graham George to "take all steps necessary to comply" with the removal order. George declined to comment when asked when, how or where the monument would be moved.

Attorney General Bill Pryor filed a notice with the federal district court after the justices' issued their order and said he believed that would remove any risk of fines.

Taxpayers "should not be punished for the refusal of the chief justice to follow a federal court order," he said.

A partition was put in front of the monument early Thursday but was removed after about three hours. Houston said the building manager may have erected it to comply with the order.

Gov. Bob Riley said in a statement that he supports public displays of the Ten Commandments, but also supports the decision of associate justices to "uphold the rule of law."

In his speech Thursday, Moore said he was "disappointed with my colleagues" and lashed out at "this so-called rule of law" that they cited. He said such blind obedience would have allowed slavery to continue.

Richard Hahnemann of Huntsville, the monument's sculptor, said he expects voters to remember what the justices did come election day.

"They have their opinion. Justice Moore was elected by the people to do what he did," Hahnemann said.

(NOTE: Governor Bill Riley is playing the part of a true politician in this instance. He is exhibiting "double-mindedness" or a "straddling of the fence" concept. It seems that Israel had a king over them who also exhibited the mind of a politician. His name of King Saul, the first King of Israel who was rejected by YAHWEH for his duplicity.)

Richard Cohen, an attorney for the Southern Poverty Law Center -- which sued along with the American Civil Liberties Union and Americans United for Separation of Church and State -- praised the eight justices.

"Their courageous actions reflect that Justice Moore is a disgrace to the bench and ought to resign or be removed from office," Cohen said.

(NOTE: This is a very interesting name for the attorney. At first glance, the name appears Jewish, but this Jewish name reveals the more true origin of it. "Cohen" is an Anglicized Hebrew word, which means, "priest." The priests of Israel were the Levites, specifically, the sons of Aaron. What does YAHWEH’S word say about the Levitical Priesthood?

Malachi 1:6, ¶ "A son honoureth his father, and a servant his master: if then I be a father, where is mine honour? and if I be a master, where is my fear? saith YAHWEH of hosts unto you, O priests, that despise my name. And ye say, Wherein have we despised thy name?

7 Ye offer polluted bread upon mine altar; and ye say, Wherein have we polluted thee? In that ye say, The table of YAHWEH is contemptible.

8 And if ye offer the blind for sacrifice, is it not evil? and if ye offer the lame and sick, is it not evil? Offer it now unto thy governor; will he be pleased with thee, or accept thy person? saith YAHWEH of hosts.

9 And now, I pray you, beseech Elohim that he will be gracious unto us: this hath been by your means: will he regard your persons? saith YAHWEH of hosts.

10 Who is there even among you that would shut the doors for nought? Neither do ye kindle fire on mine altar for nought. I have no pleasure in you, saith YAHWEH of hosts, neither will I accept an offering at your hand.

11 For from the rising of the sun even unto the going down of the same my name shall be great among the Gentiles; and in every place incense shall be offered unto my name, and a pure offering: for my name shall be great among the heathen, saith YAHWEH of hosts.

12 But ye have profaned it, in that ye say, The table of YAHWEH is polluted; and the fruit thereof, even his meat, is contemptible.

13 Ye said also, Behold, what a weariness is it! and ye have snuffed at it, saith YAHWEH of hosts; and ye brought that which was torn, and the lame, and the sick; thus ye brought an offering: should I accept this of your hand? saith YAHWEH.

14 But cursed be the deceiver, which hath in his flock a male, and voweth, and sacrificeth unto YAHWEH a corrupt thing: for I am a great King, saith YAHWEH of hosts, and My name is dreadful among the heathen."

Modern day Judaism certainly fulfills this prophecy because they despise YAHWEH’S name and proclaim it to be blasphemy to even speak it. They originally replaced His name with Adonai around 300-200 BCE, and utilize "HaShem" in place of His name in today’s world.

They also have polluted the "bread" upon YAHWEH’S altar, for YAHshua proclaimed that He was the True Bread from heaven and the apostles reveal Him to be the Mediator between heaven and earth [Eph. 1:10, 1 Tim. 2:5]. Modern day Kabbalistic Judaism adheres to one named Metatron who is their mediator between heaven and earth.

Continuing in Malachi chapter 2, "1 ¶ And now, O ye priests [kohen], this commandment is for you. 2 If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give glory unto my name, saith YAHWEH of hosts, I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings: yea, I have cursed them already, because ye do not lay it to heart.

3 Behold, I will corrupt your seed, and spread dung upon your faces, even the dung of your solemn feasts; and one shall take you away with it.

4 And ye shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith YAHWEH of hosts.

9 Therefore have I also made you contemptible and base before all the people, according as ye have not kept my ways, but have been partial in the law.

10 ¶ Have we not all one father? hath not one Elohim created us? why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?

11 Judah hath dealt treacherously, and an abomination is committed in Israel and in Jerusalem; for Judah hath profaned the holiness of YAHWEH which he loved, and hath married the daughter of a strange Elohim.

12 YAHWEH will cut off the man that doeth this, the master and the scholar, out of the tabernacles of Jacob, and him that offereth an offering unto YAHWEH of hosts."

Isn’t it amazing and quite revealing that we have a Judge named Roy Moore [Most likely a non-Levite] who desires to post the Ten Commandments as a remembrance of the foundation of the laws of our nation and we have a Levite named Cohen [Kohen/priest] who is refusing to honor and remind the people of the Covenant of YAHWEH! Doesn’t this just jump right out of the pages of Scripture to haunt the house of Levi? This Levitical priest [kohen] is supposed to be supporting and encouraging the people to walk in the ways of YAHWEH instead of taking the foundational laws of the Covenant away from the face of the people. He has certainly departed out of the way, is seeking to cause many to stumble at the law and is dealing treacherously!

Thus, we read in the book of Hebrews chapter 7, "11 ¶ If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?

12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.

13 For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar.

14 For it is evident that our Sovereign sprang out of Judah; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.

15 And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest,

16 Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.

17 For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.

19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto YAHWEH.

Continuing with the news report: Still, protesters outside the building said they were willing to stand in the Alabama heat and risk arrest for days or weeks to keep the monument inside. Twenty-one were arrested Wednesday night on trespassing charges for refusing to leave the monument when the building was closing.

"This is a great hypocrisy," Hopkins said. "This is an assault on God. They're saying we're going to cover up God." (End of Fox News Report)

COMMENTATOR RESPONSES

A couple of commentators for Newsmax.com, Christopher Ruddy and David Limbaugh, have also weighed in on this issue. It is important for us to read what they are saying because it sets the tenor of the real spirit and attitude of the country.

Christopher Ruddy writes in an article entitled: "God is banned".

Everywhere we turn in America God seems to be under attack, to be banished from American life as a threat to our citizens and their civil liberties.

This is a funny notion, this idea that God needs to be banned to satisfy some claim that His existence violates another’s rights.

(NOTE: What YAHWEH’S existence and His commandments do is violate everyone’s so-called right to live according to what is right in their own eyes.)

Continuing with the article: Aren’t God – and the Judeo-Christian moral compass that derives from Him – the basis of all our civil liberties?

Didn’t the founding fathers give acknowledgement to our Creator for the blessings of liberty?

But today, we have rejected the founding fathers. God is being banned. He is being banned in public and private life, in big and small matters.

Take, for instance, what happened to Sen. Joseph Lieberman during the 2000 presidential election. The Anti-Defamation League, an organization that fights discrimination, saw fit to rebuke Sen. Lieberman, an Orthodox Jew.

Lieberman’s crime? The ADL felt he was invoking God too often in public.

On Wednesday the U.S. Supreme Court refused to hear an appeal from Alabama’s Chief Justice Roy S. Moore.

This honest and courageous judge has challenged a federal court order to remove a monument of the Ten Commandments that sits prominently in the lobby of the state Supreme Court.

Though I believe the court order must and should be complied with, the high court’s decision should be sending a wake-up call to oh-so-comfortable Americans.

Americans also should note the Supreme Court’s hypocrisy. The Ten Commandments is displayed in the Supreme Court’s own building in Washington.

God needs to be banned and no one, not even the Supreme Court of the United States, wants to stand in the way.

(NOTE: Isn’t Christopher sending mixed signals here? He lauds Judge Moore for his courageous effort, then he says that he believes that the court order should be complied with; then he laments the fact that no one wants to stand in the way of G-d being banned. His statements here reveal a double-mindedness which was also exhibited by Governor Riley.

How can anyone stand in the way of G-d being banned, if they have to obey court orders not to do so? Christopher is encouraging us to set men’s decrees as more important than YAHWEH’S.

The U. S. Supreme Court also exhibits hypocrisy and double-mindedness because they do display the Ten Commandments on the Federal level. But what is also very ironic is that the Supreme Court has banned prayer in public schools and other public areas, however, they said nothing about the U. S. Congress starting their sessions with public prayer as was revealed during the impeachment proceedings against President Bill Clinton.

How is it that the U. S. Federal government is able to exhibit the Ten Commandments and tender public prayer, but the general population is forbidden to do so? Has a new type of priesthood been imposed upon us of which we are ill informed?)

Continuing with the article: Fox News host Sean Hannity said Wednesday night that the forced removal of the Ten Commandments from the Alabama court building is "the first step in the final lap" of the Left’s plan to "totally and completely" remove God from the public arena.

Already, federal judges have banned any utterance of God in public meetings, including the recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance in classrooms. The thought police have even banned silent prayer in schools.

A full ban on God is not too far off. Will a ban against those who believe in God be next?

(NOTE: This statement brings Amos 6 to mind, "The Sovereign YAHWEH hath sworn by Himself, saith YAHWEH the Elohim of Hosts, I abhor the excellency of Jacob, and hate his palaces: therefore will I deliver up the city with all that is threin. And it shall come to pass, if there remain ten men in one house, that they shall die. And a man’s uncle shall take him up, and he that burneth him, to bring out the bones out of the house, and shall say unto him that is by the sides o the house, ‘Is there yet any with thee?’ and he shall say, ‘No.’ Then shall he say, ‘Hold thy tongue: FOR WE MAY NOT MAKE MENTION OF THE NAME O YAHWEH’," vv. 8-10.)

Continuing with the article: Let’s make clear that the decision to ban God is not a matter of mere public policy. It’s also not a worry only for holy rollers and Bible thumpers.

This attack on God is an extremely dangerous threat to our government, our way of life, even our entire financial system (the Ten Commandments' order to "do not covet" is the basis of property rights and our capitalist system).

In fact, I believe that the Judeo-Christian ethic has formed the bedrock of America’s greatness.

If we ban God, then who – or what – will replace Him?

Clearly we have been living off the fumes of previous generations who believed in God, maintained the values of the Ten Commandments and made great sacrifices to keep us free.

But now we are turning our backs on God.

Commentator David Limbaugh writes in his article entitled "A Clashing of Principles and Jurisdictions":

While everyone is focusing on the propriety of Alabama Supreme Court Justice Roy Moore's refusal to remove a Ten Commandments monument from his courthouse, we are giving the federal courts a pass – and we mustn't.

Undeniably, the federal constitution's Supremacy Clause makes the federal constitution and constitutional federal laws supreme over state constitutions and laws and binding on state judges.

So, should our analysis end here? That's what some conservative pundits are saying. The federal courts have ordered Justice Moore to remove the monument under authority of the United States Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land. The U.S. Supreme Court is the final arbiter of what the Constitution means, having arrogated to itself that authority in 1803.

(NOTE: YAHWEH’S word should be supreme, not man’s.)

Continuing with the article: Since the high Court declined to hear the case, the ruling of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals ordering Judge Moore to remove the monument now stands. Thus, Justice Moore must comply, notwithstanding his belief that to do so would violate his oath of office affirming that the state government was established under God.

This is a very difficult case for me because my sympathies are with Justice Moore, yet I am also a staunch believer in the rule of law – and an equally strong opponent of anarchy.

My allegiance to the rule of law leads me to believe that we cannot permit a state court judge – no matter how righteous his cause – to violate federal appellate court rulings. He should vigorously oppose the wrongheaded feds at every phase and exhaust all possible remedies, but once they are exhausted, he must obey.

(NOTE: "NO MATTER HOW RIGHTEOUS THE CAUSE?" Again, we see the double-mindedness of man! When the courts of men make unrighteous decrees, then we are supposed to just roll over and play dead? When they make decrees against our faith, based upon the Word of YAHWEH, we are supposed to allow the decrees of man to take precedence? Is that what the apostles of YAHshua did? Remember when John and Peter went to the temple and Peter healed the lame man? [Acts 3] Remember that the captain of the temple, the Sadducees, the rulers, elders, scribes and priests questioned them concerning the power behind their actions? [Acts 4:1-7]

What followed these verses must be extremely important to all true believers, "Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel, 9 If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole; 10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of YAHshua the Messiah of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom Elohim raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. 13 Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with YAHshua. 14 And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. 15 But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves, 16 Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it. 17 But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name. 18 And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of YAHshua. 19 But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of Elohim to hearken unto you more than unto Elohim, judge ye. 20 For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard," vv. 8-20.

If Peter, John and the rest of the disciples had rolled over and played dead because of the commands of the priesthood, rulers and courts of their day, the message of YAHshua would never have been published abroad. Therefore, if the cause is righteous, if it is being done due to the will of YAHWEH, the highest power of heaven and earth, then it must be continued, no matter what the courts, rulers, kings and governments of men rule to the contrary. This is not anarchy. This is subjection to the higher power of heaven from which comes the greater peace and stability.)

Continuing with the article: Our entire system of ordered liberty depends on the integrity of our legal system, which in turn depends on government officials, especially judges, obeying the law. Indeed, state judges also take an oath to uphold the federal constitution.

(NOTE: The judges take an oath to uphold the federal constitution which is supposedly based upon Biblical law. There is no integrity of our legal system if its foundation is forsaken.)

Continuing with the article: On the other hand, our liberties also depend on two other very important concepts that are at issue in this case. The Framers believed that our Constitution was grounded in the principles of the Christian religion and that without that foundation neither our Constitution nor the liberty it guarantees could survive. Justice Moore is fighting laudably to preserve that tradition.

(NOTE: Here is the righteous cause of Justice Moore. He is fighting to preserve the integrity and foundation of our legal system. The other eight justices, by their own edicts, are failing to uphold the integrity and foundation of our legal system. Frankly, they are remiss in their responsibility.)

Continuing with the article: The Framers also believed that liberty could best be achieved and sustained through a system of federalism – which they quite specifically established, dividing governmental power between the federal and state governments. To be sure, they made the federal government supreme as to those matters on which they conferred it authority – but the 10th Amendment expressly reserved the balance to the individual states.

Justice Moore is aware that the federal courts have egregiously exceeded their authority, usurping power properly reserved to the states. He is fighting to preserve the principle of federalism in furtherance of the cause of liberty.

(NOTE: Notice the word "usurping." The definition of "usurp" is; to take or assume [power, property, rights, etc.] and to hold in possession by force or without right. The definition of "usurpation" is; the act of usurping; esp., the unlawful or violent seizure of a throne, power, etc. [Webster’s New World Dictionary].

In other words, the other eight judges along with the Federal system has and is in the process of seizing power and rulership without the lawful right to do so. If the people stand on their rights as stated in the law [the Constitution and/or Biblical law] and the Federal government can’t persuade them to give up those rights peacefully or through their own corrupt coercion, then they utilize violence in order to overthrow those rights.

Our national leaders, especially most of our Congressmen and, of course, judges are lawyers. Another word for lawyer is attorney. The definition for attorney is; any person legally empowered to act as agent for, or in behalf of, another [ibid].

The word "attorney" comes from the word "attorn." Attorn is defined as; 1. orig., to transfer homage and service from one feudal lord to another 2. To agree to continue as tenant under a new landlord [ibid].

It is obvious that our own government, which is made up principally of lawyers/attorneys is in the process of transferring the freedom of Americans to homage to a feudal lordship system which will soon become very cruel in nature. Even the land itself is in the process of being given over to a new lordship which are currently environmental agencies.

Have you noticed the onslaught perpetrated against the Constitution and the Bible believers? Overthrow and destroy the foundation upon which our liberties are based and we will soon have a peoples subjected to abject slavery.)

Continuing with the article: Here's where it gets messy. The First Amendment contains two religion clauses, the Establishment Clause: "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion"; and the Free Exercise Clause: "or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." The federal courts have ordered Justice Moore to remove the monument on the grounds that it constitutes an unconstitutional establishment of religion.

Their ruling is flawed on a number of grounds, but unfortunately seems to follow the precedent of earlier lamentable Supreme Court decisions. As you can see, the Establishment Clause, on its face, prohibits only the U.S. Congress from "establishing" a religion. Sadly, the Supreme Court has repeatedly held that the Establishment Clause is also applicable to state governments through incorporation in the Due Process Clause of the 14th Amendment.

But the 14th Amendment was never intended to make the federal Establishment Clause binding on the states. Nor did the Framers intend that the Establishment prevent the federal government, much less the states, from all support for religion.

(NOTE: So many of the early immigrants to this country were emigrating in order to escape the forced religions of Europe. The Roman Catholic countries enforced their beliefs and practices upon all in their realm. To refuse meant persecution, torture and death. Witness the inquisitions.

The government of England enforced the worship of the Church of England. To refuse to worship in the king’s religion meant persecution, torture and death.

Having come out of such an egregious system, our forefathers simply didn’t want themselves or their descendants to ever come under enforced religion again. However, they were all believers in the Holy Scriptures and never intended to raise up a state or federal government which would reject and forbid those very same Scriptures.

Our attorney led government is now in the process of attorning the people away from those Scriptures, their principles and their Elohim.)

Continuing with the article: Supreme Court Chief Justice Joseph Story wrote, "Thus, the whole power over the subject of religion was left exclusively to State governments, to be acted on according to their own sense of justice and the State Constitutions."

And, "Probably, at the time of the adoption of the Constitution, and of the (First Amendment), the general, if not universal, sentiment in America was that Christianity ought to receive encouragement from the State, so far as such encouragement was not incompatible with the private rights of conscience, and the freedom of religious worship. An attempt to level all religions, and to make it a matter of state policy to hold all in utter indifference, would have created universal disapprobation, if not universal indignation."

The federal courts have greatly eroded states' rights and religious freedoms through renegade decisions in the most cynical tradition of judicial activism. So, while our federal law is certainly entitled to supremacy, at what point do citizens stand up and say that federal courts have claimed supremacy in areas over which they were never given authority? What can be done about their obscene misinterpretations of the Constitution?

Congress could selectively limit the Court's jurisdiction. And we should fight for constitutionalist federal judges with the courage to preserve our religious liberties. In the meantime, we should honor the Court's rulings. (End of article)

The question now before us is, Do the federal and state governments practice religion and, therefore, encourage religion? Aren’t all federal and state government offices closed on Sunday, the first day of he week? What about the closure of offices for Easter Sunday and December 25^th? What about the annual Christmas tree placed in the nation’s capital, specifically, at the Whitehouse?

These are all pagan practices which Christianity has been either forced or coerced to embrace. Thus, it’s okay to practice paganism, but not the worship of the Elohim of Israel, especially when it comes to the truth about Him and His Messiah.

The next question is, What about all these Christian Churches which are fighting tooth and nail on behalf of the Ten Commandments? Don’t they declare that the LAW IS DONE AWAY? Don’t they declare that the Ten Commandments are a part of that Old Covenant made with Israel, which is done away and replaced by the New Covenant?

When I have confessed to many of them that I keep the Sabbath in obedience to one of the Ten Commandments, specifically the fourth commandment, I am accused of being a LEGALIST! I am reminded that the law is done away. Then, if the Ten Commandments are done away, why fight tooth and nail to keep them posted? If they are done away, then why not take them away?

I have been contacted by the Christian community time and time again to put my name on petitions in support of keeping the Ten Commandments posted in such places as the court system, schools, etc. My response to them is, Since you support the Ten Commandments are you willing to obey them? I never get a reply.

Just as the reporters and commentators have exhibited double-mindedness, as we have revealed, Christianity is following suit. They will fight to have them put on exhibit, but they will not obey them. This is only giving lip service.

The government is double minded, the courts are double minded, the reporters are double minded and Christianity is double minded. What do the Scriptures say about this situation?

James 1:8, "A double minded man is unstable in all his ways."

They are all unstable!

James continues, v. 21, "wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: 24 For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. 25 But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed."

James continues: "2:1 My brethren, have not the faith of our Sovereign YAHshua the Messiah, the Sovereign of glory, with respect of persons. 2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment; 3 And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool: 4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts? 5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not YAHWEH chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him? 6 But ye have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats? 7 Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are called? 8 If ye fulfil the royal law according to the scripture, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, ye do well: 9 But if ye have respect to persons, ye commit sin, and are convinced of the law as transgressors. 10 For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. 11 For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. 12 So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. 13 For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment. 14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone. 18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 19 Thou believest that there is one Elohim; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?

Finally, we must make the point concerning the law which men are truly set on upholding and enforcing. When Adam and Eve were created and placed in the garden of Eden, they were warned away from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The serpent enticed the woman to take of the fruit of the forbidden tree by stating, "For Elohim doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as elohim, knowing good and evil," Gen. 3:5.

After taking of the fruit and receiving the curses placed upon the serpent, Eve and Adam, YAHWEH stated, "Behold, the man is become as one of Us, to know good and evil: and now lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:¾" v. 22. In reality, the man and woman had become like the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. However, it isn’t our purpose to belabor the point in this treatise.

The words "knowing" and "know" are translated from the Hebrew word "yada." "Yada" has a variety of meanings and words that it can be translated into, but the most significant are "appoint, declare, instruct." In other words, Adam and Eve took the power to themselves to declare what is good and evil. Man then establishes his own appointed laws as much more important and significant than those made by the Creator YAHWEH.

All of the world’s great leaders (in men’s eyes) have been lawgivers. Remember the code of Hammurabi? Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon was a lawgiver. The Pharaohs of Egypt and the Seleucidae of Greece (Macedonia) were lawgivers. The Caesars of Rome were especially known as great lawmakers, especially Julius, Augustus, Constantine, Justinian, etc. Many of the laws that these men initiated are still in effect in today’s world. Take, for instance, the Sunday law initiated by Constantine.

The problem with men making their own laws is that many contradictions evolve throughout time. Men also eventually take that which is wrong (evil) and call it good while they take that which is good and call it evil. Let’s take, for instance, the modern day understanding concerning homosexuality. Today, it is just an alternate lifestyle which is acceptable according to man’s laws and ways of thinking. But, it has always been an abomination in YAHWEH’S sight.

YAHWEH declares, "Woe unto them that draw iniquity with cords of vanity, and sin as it were with a cart rope: that say, ‘Let him make speed, and hasten His work, that we may see it; and let the counsel of the Holy One of Israel draw nigh and come, that we may know it!’ Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! Woe unto them that are wise in their own eyes, and prudent in their own sight! Woe unto them that are mighty to drink wine, and men of strength to mingle strong drink: which justify the wicked for reward, and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him! Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of YAHWEH of Hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel," Isa. 5:18-24.

Another question is, Who is it that justifies the wicked for reward? Isn’t it the lawyers? Don’t they go to court on behalf of evil doers and seek to justify them by making the righteous look like the guilty party? Isn’t the overall majority of our Senate and House filled with lawyers? Aren’t they called "lawmakers?" The same thing goes for the courts of our land. The judges are former lawyers. It is being proven right before our eyes and throughout our nation that these people are quite willing to corrupt and pervert justice.

Even the lawyers and justice system that seeks to prosecute the perpetrators of crime are truly corrupt in their dealings, for they seek to administer justice on behalf of the state or the federal system, but not on behalf of the victim. In other words, if a person is convicted for having perpetrated a crime against an individual, the criminal is sentenced to so much time in jail or prison and may even be fined, but the jail and prison systems are money-making schemes for the state and federal governments. The criminal is incarcerated and the innocent and even the victims are forced to pay for their maintenance and upkeep. The fine is collected for the state or federal bureaucracy, not for any restitution that should be made to the victim. The state or federal government is made to appear as the victim and to be the collector of the fines or the restitution. This makes the state or federal government to be just as guilty as the criminal in YAHWEH’S eyes if restitution isn’t made to the true victim.

Our system is shown to be the system that continues to administer the fruits of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. We continue to follow in the footsteps of our ancestors, Adam and Eve. We love and trust in the ways of man (Adam) rather in the ways of our Creator.

YAHWEH inspired the Psalmist to write, "It is better to trust in YAHWEH than to put confidence in man (Adam). It is better to trust in YAHWEH than to put confidence in princes," Psa. 118:8-9.

It is our kings, rulers, princes, leaders, etc., who have instituted the myriads and myriads of laws on the books. These laws are truly a tangled web. While we have a tendency to trust in our leaders, both past and present, the Apostle Paul puts it in the right perspective, "But we speak the wisdom of YAHWEH in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which YAHWEH ordained before the world unto our glory: which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Sovereign of glory," 1 Cor. 2:7-8.

Today’s princes and leaders still know nothing about the mysteries of the Messiah, the Sovereign of glory. If they did, they would turn to him with repentant hearts and encourage the peoples under their direction and command to look to Him and to follow His ways. This also includes the religious leaders.

Here is what Isaiah was inspired to write, "Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their Elohim: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to Elohim," Isa. 58:1-2.

Notice these verses carefully. It says to lift up the voice like a trumpet and show YAHWEH’S people their sins. Sin is the transgression of the law (1 Jn. 3:4). Sin is specifically and especially the transgression of the Ten Commandments. That is the reason that YAHshua had to come and die. He had to do so in order to save us from our transgressions of the Ten Commandments. But our leaders don’t want those commandments to be posted on so-called public property (which is under federal control), because of an imagined separation of church and state, dreamed up by attorneys (our leaders), who are more interested in twisting and rebelling against YAHWEH’S law, as well as the very Constitution under which we are supposed to be living.

Yet, so many of them still want to attend the churches of their choices who give lip service to the commandments, but proclaim that they are done away. Thus, they delight to seek YAHWEH daily (through a different name and title), and supposedly delight to know His ways in order to look like they have never forsaken His ordinances and commands.

The Scriptures of Isaiah and the other prophets, along with the Torah, the Psalms, etc. were written long, long ago, yet they are still appropriate for our own day and age. That’s because His word is eternal.

The following chapter of Isaiah yields even more understanding and warning, "Behold, YAHWEH’S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your Elohim, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear. For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness. None calleth for justice, nor any pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity. They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper. Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity, and the act of violence is in their hands. Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths. The way of peace they know not; and there is no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace. Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness. We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if we had no eyes: we stumble at noonday as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men. We roar all like bears, and mourn sore like doves: we look for judgment, but there is none; for salvation, but it is far off from us. For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them; In transgressing and lying against YAHWEH, and departing away from our Elohim, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood. And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and YAHWEH saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment. And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him. For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke. According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompense to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompense," 59:1-18.

Even the Apostle Paul warns, "For the wrath of Elohim is revealed from heaven against all impiety and unrighteousness of men who hold the truth in unrighteousness; because that which may be known of YAHWEH is manifest in them; for YAHWEH hath shewed it unto them," Ro. 1:18-19.

Read the book of Revelation and the wrath that is prophesied to be poured out upon this world for its rebellion and disobedience. Yes, this world has rejected YAHWEH and His commandments. This world seeks what is right and good in its own eyes. But the Scriptures remind us, "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death," Prov. 14:12, 16:25.

The battle over the commandments reveals a great deal about our world, our leaders, our judicial system, our religions, etc. It reveals the double-minded nature of man in today’s world. It reveals how unstable our system and way of thinking is. It reveals that even though many of our leaders and churches may pay lip service to YAHWEH, the heart is far from Him. It reveals the wrath and destruction soon to be poured out from on high if there is no heartfelt repentance and turning to Him, seeking His true ways and the blessings that come from His hand.

May YAHWEH grant you to see the wrath and destruction that is coming and turn to Him for salvation from it.

Ten men in the Texas Prison System have recently been baptized. Three men were scheduled to be baptized at the Coffield Unit in Tennessee Colony, Texas, but due to some kind of administrative foul-up only one man, Thomas Peterson was baptized on Sunday August 3rd.

On Sabbath August 30th Elder Healan was able to meet with the men at the McConnell Unit at Beeville, Texas. It was a spirited meeting wherein Elder Healan was able to cover several topics and also hold a question and answer session.

The meeting took place at 8:00 a.m.—10:45 a.m. after which Elder Healan then traveled to the Stevenson Unit at Cuero, Texas in order to meet with and baptize men there. Originally, there were about seven men to be baptized, but upon arrival to the facility Elder Healan learned that one man on the list had been released, however, there was another man who took his place. However, nine men showed up to be baptized. Elder Healan was given time to be able to speak with the men explaining the principles of baptism and exhorting them that this calling is a very important calling that should be taken extremely seriously. We are being called to the kingdom of heaven. We must endure in this calling to the end of our lives. If we turn from the Messiah Who is our head and very precious to us, then we hold Him to an open shame, trample upon His sacrifice and will be cut off from the kingdom. After the exhortation, the men were steadfast in the desire for baptism and all nine were immersed in the saving name of YAHshua, HalleluYAH!!!

They were Jose Balderrama, Boyd Digges, Robert Hawk, Gary Hunter, John Reyner, James Spicer, Rolando Trevino, Rudy Trevino, and Troy Weaver. Please pray for these men and the many others who are being called and dealt with in the prison systems throughout the nation.

It varies from unit to unit within a state as to whether we will be granted entrance to meet with and baptize these men. We have about 61 men on a list from various units across Texas and the country who have requested baptism. We are prevented from going into many of those units. The chaplains are the ones who must be contacted in order to make baptismal arrangements. Some chaplains are easy to work with and make arrangements right away, but others steadfastly resist. Please pray for us that we may have more freedom in order to serve these men.

Elder Healan was also recently contacted by Doug Dearing via the Internet. Doug had visited the YEA site on the internet and contacted Elder Healan concerning baptism. Doug was in the process of coming out of the errors of a Pentecostal type faith. Elder Healan informed Doug about the New Covenant Fellowship group at Emory, Texas. Brother Doug attended Emory congregation on Sabbath Sept. 13th and was baptized by the elders there. HalleluYAH!!! Praise YAHWEH for adding so many to the body of the Messiah. Let us serve our Betrothed, brethren, with singleness of heart. Let us rejoice in the fact that the body of the Messiah is on the increase.

We must learn to be better spouses for there is more at stake than meets the eye. You see, our earthly marriage is a foreshadow of our ultimate union with YAHshua. YHWH has set up this union between man and woman, in part, as a training ground for our heavenly relationship.

Just as YHWH has His blessings flow through YAHshua to Believers, the marriage is the critical flow point of our FATHER’S blessings to a home. Through our relationship with our spouse we experience a "hands on" preparation for our relationship with YHWH.

There is one major difference however, that being that in an earthly marriage neither partner is the perfect image of Messiah... yet. Those issues of imperfection are the cause of disagreements, both great and small, that make a marriage so interesting! Our ability to work through those disagreements makes the difference between a joyful home and one of strife and bitterness.

Let us consider this well known passage from Ephesians 5:22-3: Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord (Adonai). For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Messiah is the head of the church: and he is the savior of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Messiah, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Messiah also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as YAHshua the church: For we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Messiah and the church. Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.

Ephesians, in large part, is a letter about relationships. We see throughout Ephesians that Paul (Shaul) is outlining what our relationship with YHWH, YAHshua, other Believers, our spouse, and our children is to be. Notice "the great mystery" in verse 32. Why should a basic concept like marriage be such a mystery? After all, the union of a man and woman has been part of this world for a long time.

Through taking apart the verses in this passage one by one we can perhaps unlock this great mystery and enjoy the fullness of marriage and all of the blessings associated with it. In verse 22 we see a directive to wives. Ladies, if Messiah YAHshua walked into your home right now, how would you receive Him? What would your actions be? I imagine that words like fear, reverence, awe, service, humbleness and excitement enter your mind. Well, the next time your husband comes through your doorway perhaps you can draw on these thoughts and honor him in a similar fashion. Oh I know he is not quite Messiah, but perhaps he would act more like YAHshua if you treated him that way. Go ahead, give it a try, just perhaps you will be amazed. In any case, it is good practice for the real thing.

Husbands, in verse 23 we see that you are to be the savior of the wife. A better translation would be that you are to be her "deliverer". What does your wife need deliverance from? Perhaps it is something spiritual like rebellion of the heart or a froward mouth. Perhaps it is something physical like a home that is in need of repair or a garden in need of tending. Whatever the case, you are indeed to deliver your wife from anything that keeps her from an intimate relationship with YHWH. Once delivered, it will be much easier for your bride to submit unto you as we see in verse 24.

The word "subject" means to obey, subdue unto and to submit oneself unto. True Biblical submission is done from the heart, gladly, with great anticipation of the inner peace that it will bring.

Now here comes the tough part for the men. Verse 25 tells us gents that we are to love our wives so much that we would give up our life for her. Many of us are familiar with that analogy but what are the odds that we will actually have to go through with such a grandiose statement as, "Of course I would die for my bride"? Much more difficult is the day to day sacrifice that Messiah gave to His followers.

He gave in many ways. Providing provision, edification, healing, leadership, counsel, judgment, mercy, faithfulness and above all...love. These service oriented qualities are to be demonstrated by husbands daily. There is no Sabbath rest from good deeds. There is no day off from our role as husband. As they say in the military it is 24/7, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week! Let us "die" daily to our flesh as we seek to serve our wives like YAHshua served His followers.

Gentlemen, we are to sanctify and cleanse our wives as stated in verse 26. For the instructions on this please keep reading this verse. We are to wash her with the Word! The Word will cleanse and sanctify your wife. You cannot do it, she cannot do it, only the Word and the Ruach HaKodesh can make it happen.

Psalm 119:9 reads, Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word. Obviously, we are to start with ourselves for it is impossible for a dirty vessel to cleanse anything. Then, we are called to purify our wives through washing her with the Word of YHWH. Speaking it, reading it, teaching it, and above all, living the Word out in our homes. So if you see impurities in your mate, do not panic, do not divorce, instead read Scripture to her. Read her the Torah and be a living example of YAHshua before her. Start reading in Genesis and keep going until she is purified. Who knows, it just might help to clean you up a bit too.

This may sound a bit strange, but what is the alternative? A life of bickering, arguments, deceitfulness, jealousy, and strife. It will take a little effort, but look at the reward in verse 27. Men, let this be your motivation! A bride without blemish, wrinkle or spot. Purified through your washing of her with the Word of YHWH. Instead of looking to blame, let us look to purify. Isn't that what Messiah would do? Isn't that a better solution than the counsel you would receive from a marriage "expert"?

YHWH does not lie, Every word of YHWH is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him (Proverbs 30:5). The Word of YHWH holds great power. We need to become better practitioners of the weapons YHWH has bestowed upon us.

We who call ourselves Believers are actually part of Messiah’s body just as husbands and wives are "one flesh". Would you cut off your right arm? Would you attempt to hurt yourself in any way? I am sure that most of you would desire the best that YHWH has to offer you. You should desire the same for your spouse, because in so doing you too receive the blessing through being "one flesh" with him or her.

Perhaps if we realize that through serving our spouse, within our Biblical role, we receive great rewards. We find the blessings immediately in a smile, a hug, a sense of good service, and a peaceful home. After all, it is very difficult to argue with someone who is serving you breakfast in bed or rubbing your feet!

But let us get back to the mystery. I believe the mystery to this famous passage of Scripture lies in the preceding verse. In verse 21 we read, Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of YHWH. For a marriage to be successful each partner must submit. Each partner must learn how to serve like Messiah served, to give like He gave, and to live like He lives! Then we have the foundation on which we can receive the blessings of marriage. This is the key that unlocks the mystery.

How did YAHshua submit? He washed the feet of His disciples, fed the hungry, taught the children, ate with the "ordinary man" and always submitted to the will of His FATHER. Yes, He was the leader, but a servant leader. That is the concept that husbands need to grasp today.

Through being a servant leader in your home, you will be the living image of Messiah to your family. This act, servant leadership, sets in motion the entire order of a Biblical marriage. Your children will find it honorable to obey you and your wife will find it joyful to submit to you. Not a submission or obedience that comes from a negative motivation, but one that comes from a willing, joyful heart. First, the husband is to lead as the wife and husband submit to each other. That is the key to unlocking the mystery of marriage.

But this is a complicated issue as there is more to consider. First, for those of us who are already married, we must learn to put on the whole armor of YHWH and fight for our marriages. YHWH hates divorce. He also hates bitterness, slander and envy. So let us be a light to the nations through our homes. Let us provoke them to jealousy as they see strong marriages that exhibit the faithfulness that is so lacking in this world today.

Second, please know that YHWH is raising up a new generation, at a critical time in history. Realize that a successful marriage begins at the training point of childhood. As parents we can change the course of history. Righteous training of children sets them up for success for a lifetime. I pray that out there somewhere, some family is training up their children who will in time become marriage partners with mine.

After the solid training, comes a period of betrothal during which the groom prepares a place for his bride as the bride finishes her preparation for becoming a wife. Then the actual vows are exchanged and the union consecrated.

Following this comes the difficult part. Once the emotional high of the betrothal and honeymoon wanes the couple then begins to learn what marriage is all about. Real love is tested and proved by faithfulness. When it all boils away, finally we are left with a test of faithfulness. Hopefully, the husband and wife have been well trained in faithfulness, but today this is not likely. In our instant-gotta have it society faithfulness is not regarded as important. We are taught that we can always find a replacement. Sadly, it is a disposable era in which we live. Most men will proclaim every one his own goodness: but a faithful man who can find (Proverbs 20:6)?

During the early years of a marriage a couple must learn to let go of their individual desires putting the desires of their spouse first. There must be a heart felt commitment to each other - no matter what! Faithfulness endures the troubled times that are sure to come. Faithfulness is not offended by mistakes and faults. Faithfulness stands the test of time. Without faithfulness, any relationship will ultimately fail. Through faithfulness and the grace of YHWH a marriage matures into a beautiful fruit that is well pleasing to the FATHER.

Marriage is often called a matter of love. But to most this definition of love is an emotional one of passion and romance. To some, when this spark (love) of marriage has expired they feel the marriage is over. True marriage includes passion and romance but there is so much more. The mature fruit of real love is produced through actions such as commitment, sacrifice, obedience, service, dedication and faithfulness. These are the things that make a great marriage.

Our emotional "love" will ebb and flow over time but if we work out the qualities of Messiah in our homes the real "love" will win out every time. These are the things that Messiah wants from you, they are the same qualities your spouse wants from you. These are the things that yield a love that is the greatest love of all. If you desire to be part of a better marriage, be a better partner. Look at yourself first and get rid of the excuses. Cleanse your own temple and then fulfill your rightful role in the marriage covenant. Realize that our marriage on earth is practice for a greater marriage to come, Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb (Rev. 19:7-9). Through our daily choices we can turn a bad marriage around and make a good marriage great. Let us stop this hideous attack upon our homes and choose to be true Biblical husbands and wives, no matter what is going on around us. Through the instructions of YHWH and the power of His word we can win this battle. Let us begin the fight today.

Scriptural sanctification is conformity to the will of YAHWEH Elohim, attained by rendering obedience to His instruction (law), through faith in His Son. There is no "genuine" sanctification except through obedience to the truth. Y’shua prayed for His disciples, "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." (John 17:17) The psalmist declared: "Thy law is the truth." (Psa. 119:142)

Webster says: Sanctify - 1. to preserve for sacred use, consecrate. 2. to make holy, purify. The Torah (instruction) of YAHWEH is the only standard of moral perfection; the only means by which we can be set-apart, purified, or preserved for sacred use! The Torah of YAHWEH was exemplified and magnified in the life of Y’shua HaMashiach. (Y’shua the Messiah) Y’shua Himself says: "I have kept My FATHER’S commandments." (John 15:10) The Apostle John admonishes us, "He who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk just as He walked." John also says: "For this is the love of YAHWEH Elohim, that we keep His commandments." (1 John 2:6, 5:3) If you love YAHWEH, it follows that you must also love His commandments! The truly sanctified heart is in harmony with the Torah (instructions) of YAHWEH Elohim.

I have heard many proclaim: "I am saved (delivered), sanctified, and filled with the Holy Spirit." But something was wrong! They had oranges all over their apple tree! "A tree is known by its fruit." (Matt. 12:33) The fruit of the Spirit is: "love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. Against such there is no law." (Gal. 5:22-23) Remember...the Spirit is given to those who obey! (Acts 5:32) If you are delivered...show it, and let your feet know it! You are a walking advertisement! Preach the Good News at all times...and if necessary...use words!

Brethren, let no one deceive you, and more importantly, do not deceive yourself with the idea that YAHWEH will accept and bless you while you are knowingly or unknowingly (through ignorance) violating the instructions of YAHWEH. He will check you and correct you through His Spirit. By committing a known sin, a person is willfully ignoring the witness of the Spirit and separating themselves from the presence of YAHWEH.

The Spirit can’t abide in the heart that willfully disregards and disobeys the divine law. YAHWEH Elohim will honor those who honor Him. "Whoever commits sin also commits lawlessness. And you know that He was manifest to take away our sins, and in Him there is no sin. Whoever abides in Him does not sin (habitually practice sin). Whoever sins has neither seen Him nor known Him." (1 John 3:4-6)

[Note: (v. 4) - The sin described is not the occasional sin, but a consistent lifestyle of sin. The Greek tense is "one who habitually practices sin." Lawlessness is not the absence of law but active rebellion against the law! (v. 5-6) The Messiah was sinless and the purpose of His coming was to remove sin (from our life). Therefore...whoever abides in Him does not "practice" sin. Habitually sinful conduct indicates an absence of fellowship with the Messiah. Thus, if we claim to be a follower of the Messiah...but sin is constantly evident in our way of life...our status as "children of YAHWEH" can be legitimately questioned.]

Although in 1 John the main focus is on love (he uses the word or a form of it 46 times in 5 short chapters), John is not negligent to reveal the true character of the one who "claims to be sanctified" while living in willful transgression of the Torah of YAHWEH. "He who says, I know Him, and does not keep His commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him." (1 John 2:4)

Sanctification is taught by some and believed by many to be instantaneously accomplished. "Only believe" they say, "And the blessing will be yours." They teach that no further "work" on the part of the believer is required! (So did somebody just forget about OBEDIENCE?) Beloved brethren...check the Spirit of Truth and Error! Dig into your Bibles and find out what YAHWEH says! The scriptures also teach that sanctification is progressive. It is a process of growing up in the Spirit; it is being changed from "glory to glory" into His likeness. Our process of sanctification is usually directly through the fiery furnace of affliction! YAHWEH allows testing to purify us, and to show us whether we are allowing the fruit of the Spirit to manifest and mature in us. All of the followers of the Messiah will feel the promptings of sin, but he/she must also keep up a constant warfare against it! The process is delivering him/her from the power of sin. And it is here we must stay FOCUSED on the Messiah! Our human weakness becomes united with His Divine Strength, and we are able to proclaim: "Thanks be to YAHWEH Elohim, Who gives us the victory through our Master Y’shua the Messiah." (1 Cor. 15:57) Paul tells us to "work out our salvation with fear and trembling." (Phil. 2:12) Obviously there is some work for us to do!

Peter reveals our part in the progressive process in 2 Peter 2:2-12. After explaining what YAHWEH has done... "given us all things that pertain to life and reverence", and "given exceedingly great and precious promises so we could be partakers of His Divine nature"...Peter then says: This "do", add to your faith virtue; to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience reverence; and to reverence brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness love. (vv. 5-7) Our part is progressive...ADDITIVE! This is our daily work, and it continues for the rest of our life!

The sanctification set forth in the scriptures embraces our total being: spirit, soul, and body. Paul prayed for the Thessalonians - "Now, may the Elohim of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Master Y’shua the Messiah." (1 Thes. 5:24) To the Romans he wrote: "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of Elohim, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, set-apart, acceptable to YAHWEH, which is your reasonable service." (Ro. 21:1) "A living sacrifice" - Sacrifices to YAHWEH were to be without blemish. A true believer is required to present his/her total being - spirit, soul, and body - without blemish/sinless - to the Master’s service. (And this is reasonable says Paul!)

The process of sanctification makes us acutely aware of the fact that our body is a temple of the Set-Apart Spirit. A person who is delivered, and being sanctified, will glorify YAHWEH in his body and in his spirit. Please take note: sanctification is an integral part of salvation. In fact, salvation is simply stated in three (3) states: 1. Regeneration 2. Sanctification 3. Glorification - One: we are instantaneously transferred from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of His Son. His blood paid the penalty for our sin. Two: we are progressively delivered from the power of sin as we live lawfully. Three: at His return we are delivered from the presence of sin and we receive our glorified body.

We have been bought with a price, the blood of the Messiah Y’shua, and we don’t hold title to ourselves anymore! We are a prized possession of the Master Y’shua. We are to be a "light to the world". The world is given over to self-indulgence - the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eye, and the pride of life. These sins control the masses. But the followers of the Messiah are being set-apart. In fact, it is a command. "Therefore, come out from among them and be separate, Says YAHWEH. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you. I will be a FATHER to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says YAHWEH Almighty. Therefore, having these promises, beloved let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of YAHWEH." (2 Cor. 6:17-18, 7:1)

"For this is the will of YAHWEH, your sanctification,..." Let yourself be preserved and purified for sacred use; let Y’shua set you apart.

While we do not know the specifics in each and every case, there are some whose condition we do know of and would like to enlist the specifics of their problems here so that your prayers for them can be broken down a little smaller and more specifically. Pete Markunas suffers from diabetic neuropathy and fibromyalgia. Evelyn Kacos suffers from diabetic neuropathy and has recently broken a foot. Her condition has improved somewhat and we rejoice in this, but she still needs our prayers. We are not sure what his problem is. Emaleigh DeVaney is an 8 year old who has cancer of the kidney.
