Virginia Math SOL Exam week. We will continue our Science review 6th grade Earth Science, 7th grade Life Science and 8th grade Physical Science concepts through mid-week. The science exam is May 22-23 (week 36). Do not miss any days during this week!

After the SOL exams --- Illusions. Many times Science is recognizing what is right before your eyes and finally figuring out a pattern among the chaos.

Most of the time Science is trying to figure out a pattern or trend. Cryptograms are a way to practice this abstract skill. We will analyze various cryptograms in class.

The Final Exam is a tough crossword puzzle covering Chapters 1 through 21 and will be given on Monday and Tuesday next week. I will hand out a word bank.
