THE CHIEF'S PAGE
When we went to the Khaki Ball they took these two pictures. It was a very nice night. The wives, family, and other chiefs sat at the dinner tables while the new chiefs entered the room one by one. While we ate there was a video presentation of all the things the initiates went thru. It was truely a wonderful night!

What these pictures don't show is the men falling asleep while standing. (They had to stand the entire ceremony after being up for more than 24 hours.)
Each new chief was called on stage with their family. After the Command Master Chief gave each a plaque the family members placed pins on the collars.
