Ms. Joella Critter

Directrix of Training

Ms. Critter brings with her an extensive background in education and training in several different areas. Her award winning personality is a key aspect of the Murphzlaw1 Inc training program. Ms. Critter's outgoingness and "Can Do" demeanor is literally infectious, truly leading by example.

Her skills at training are beyond reproach. Training new Admin's and Moderators to "think outside the box" and "putting themselves in the member's perspective" allows for the Management Team

Training Experience

Currently, Ms. Critter is employed as a Training Specialist at renowned midwestern Medical Center. She is responsible for training software programs, customer service, and phone systems to Medical Receptionists, Nursing Staff, and various other medical professionals.

Previously, Ms. Critter worked as a trainer at phone order/customer service call center.

In addition to professional education, Ms. Critter has succesfully trained several dogs, as well as a husband and various boyfriends.

Ms. Critter is a Moderator at the ULC.net forum, and also maintains an online affirmation/positive thinking community.
