TRIP OF THE YEAR

PEBBLES & BOB We dropped down into a Canyon
to visit the East Verde River, and Bob pointed out an Arastra used to grind ore
and separate gold flakes. The river and surrounding area was very scenic. After
lunch we moved on to another trail headed down to the river and once again Ol'
Bingo Bob assured us that the trail was a piece of cake. Once again, all of us ended up with new Arizona Pin Stripes. We had a couple of new participants. We also had a first time ever participant. Wanda rode with Art on her first ever 4x4 trip and had a blast. We enjoyed water, rocks, views and some nasty looking wildlife. |
