Kandy cooking

We all need to drink plenty of fluids. Milk and water are easy, and we seem to drink way too much soda pop than is healthy.

Sometimes when you say "drink" people think that the only choices available are alcoholic beverages. There are many possibilities for drinks that do not include alcohol.

Banana Milk

Ingredients:

4 cups milk
2 bananas
3 heaping teaspoons instant chocolate powder

Directions:

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend well.

Variations: In addition to the banana, add an apple, pear, or papaya to the blender.

Enclose this poem:

T'was told that you've been good this year.
'm always glad to hear it!
With freezing weather drawing near,
You'll need to warm the spirit.

So here's a little Snowman soup,
Complete with stirring stick.
Add hot water and some sonwman poop,
It's sure to do the trick!
