Q. What is a pet sitter?
A. A pet sitter is an individual who will care for your pets in
their own home.
Q. Why use a pet sitter?
A. Most animals do not like to be removed from their environment.
They can become sick, stop eating, playing, and become depressed.
Many people ask their friends, family, or neighbors to watch their
pets. By using a pet sitter, your pets will be professionally
cared for and be much happier in their own home and environment.
Your pets will not be traumatized by being left at a place they
are unfamiliar with. Your family, friends and neighbors do not
have to be inconvenienced. Unlike your family, friends, and neighbors,
we are insured, bonded, and able to competently handle emergencies.
Q. How do I get started with

A. When you know you will need our services, call us as soon as

at which time we will set up an appointment for the initial visit.
This is for us to meet and get acquainted with you and your pets.
Q. What does the initial visit
entail?
A. We will start with discussing the services needed, then we
will review the prices, forms and contracts for those specific
services. We will obtain 2 copies of your house keys and a 50%
nonrefundable deposit at that time, and collect information specific
to your pets' unique needs.
Q. What is your Cancellation
Policy?
A. For first time customers, a 48 hour cancellation notice will
be accepted (one time only!) This notice must be made prior to
the first scheduled service. Thereafter, a $40 cancellation fee
will be charged. For holiday reservations, you may cancel up to
5 days in advance of the first scheduled service. After that,
the cancellation fee will be for the total reservation price.
Q. How am I billed?
A. At the initial visit, a 50% nonrefundable is due. The remaining
balance is due 5 days prior to your departure. Payment for daily
visits, poop scoop, pet taxi, and pet walking, are due on a weekly
basis. You will receive an invoice each week for the prior week's
services. We presently accept cash and personal checks only. There
will be a $25 fee for any returned checks. After that, only cash
will be accepted.
