During the month of August we are celebrating our NCC families. There will be no K4C, C4C, Missionettes, Royal Rangers or Wednesday night small groups this month.

SUNDAY - During the service this morning we will take Communion in remembrance of what He did for us on the cross. We will also recognize the following girls who were crowned Honor Stars during an awards ceremony Friday night: Katherine and Sarah Ausura, Laura Basham and Hannah Johnson. Congratulations!

MISSIONS MONTHLY PRAYER MEETING today at 1:30 p.m. in the prayer room - everyone is invited!

SUNDAY NIGHT - Covenant Life Class (400) meets tonight at 5:00 p.m. in the fireplace room. This class is for anyone new at NCC who wants to become a part. Sign up on the bulletin board in the foyer if you will be attending. Childcare is provided!

TONIGHT - College and Career Celebration for singles 18 - 30 years of age (including 2003 high school graduates) at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. Join us for a time of worship and prayer as we seek His direction for the College and Career ministry.

TUESDAY - Missions Council meets at 1:00 p.m. in the prayer room. All council members are urged to attend.

WEDNESDAY - Family nights begin this week at 6:00 p.m. with dinner in the FLC followed by entertainment by Michael Guertin. Bring the whole family for this time of fun and fellowship. Bring a dessert to share!

FRIDAY - Friends and family of Cassie (Roberts) Laney are hosting a baby shower at the Hawks home. For directions call the church office at 838-8700. If you would like to contribute towards a group gift, call Barbara Hawk.
