Stephen and Kim Deane Stephen, a native of Hampton, has served as New Covenant Church's Youth Pastor since 1999. Kim joined the New Covenant family shortly after her and Stephen's graduation from Elim Bible Institute and their marriage in April 2000. They believe that God has called them to be leaders in this generation and to raise up students to join Jesus' triumphant army. Stephen and Kim are grateful for the opportunity to minister to our youth and for the ministry that they receive in return. Their hearts rejoice to see the youth of today walking in truth. |
