Mark and Mary Johansson

After serving as New Covenant Church's Youth Pastor for seven years, Mark now serves as Pastor. Mark and Mary live in Hampton with their two children Andrew (20) and Katie (17). The Johansson's have lived on the Peninsula for over 19 years and believe God has them in this area for "such a time as this". Mark and Mary have been a part of the NCC family since 1989 and have been on the Pastoral staff since 1992. Mark believes in the leadership team-model and has an Ephesians 4 vision for equipping the body of Christ. Coming from a missionary family, Mark has a passion for local evangelism, foreign missions, dynamic worship, discipleship and a vision for a church with people who passionately love God and love each other.
