Daddy & Boy Contract

I. General

Let it be known, this document is by no means what so ever a document of legal standing and admissible in a court of civil or criminal law. That should either parties listed within this document fail to abide by this agreement that neither may be held accountable by any recognized legal court system and this document hold status as evidence in such, but where an illegal activity has taken place both parties may be held accountable should a violation of personal rights and or well being without consent occur. That we both are consenting adults, recognizing and accepting our needs within a relationship, and with that understanding have willfully consented to the terms and guidelines listed through out this document.

In addition, we also understand and agree that, when two people enter into the alternative lifestyle known as D/s, or a dominant/submissive, Daddy/boy  style relationship, certain limitations and safety protocols should be put into place. This document should list such limitations and safety protocols that have been negotiated and agreed upon, as well as any issues, desires and needs so that there is no confusion as to the nature of the relationship and all that is to take place within it. That all that occurs within the relationship be safe, sane and consensual by and for the parties involved.

 

II. Roles Defined

Daddy, A dominant individual whose whole needs, motives and desires are to see to the well being, both mentally, physically and spiritually of his boy through proper training, guidance and discipline and gaining satisfaction in the provision of such and to provide a proper environment where both parities may grow in all areas of life fulfilling each others needs and desires.

boy, A submissive individual whose whole needs, motives and desires are to serve, please and obey his Daddy both mentally, physically and spiritually through proper training, guidance and discipline and gaining satisfaction in the reception of such and to maintain a proper environment where both parities may grow in all areas of life fulfilling each others needs and desires.

 

III. Personal Statement

Daddy

I, Nolin Christensen, herein after known as Mister C, accept John Tovar, herein after called boy john, as my submissive to dominate, control, discipline and guide for the purpose of fulfillment of needs, desires and passions and do so freely with regards to safe, sane and consensual conduct for the term of this agreement including all limits and guidelines set within this writing.

I, John Tovar, herein after known as boy john, accept Nolin Christensen, herein after called Mister C, as my Daddy, and agree to serve and obey under his control and guidance accepting any and all discipline put upon me for the purpose of fulfillment of needs, desires and passions and do so freely with regards to safe, sane and consensual conduct for the term of this agreement including all limits and guidelines set within this writing.

 

IV. Collaring

Effective this 9th day of August 2003, Mister C and boy john have entered into this agreement fully aware of the nature and circumstances of this agreement by Mister C offering a collar to boy john.  This collar is offered seriously and with intent.  By boy john accepting this collar from Mister C it signifies that he belongs only to Mister C and to no other Dominant.

This collar is to be worn by boy john 24/7 with Mister C retaining the key.  boy john may not remove this collar by himself at any time or any place.

 

V. Provisions

The following provisions have been discussed and agreed upon by both parties and understand that the following represents what will and will not occur within the relationship. In addition, we both understand that certain areas may not be covered within this document and that when the time comes may be added in an amendment to this document and signed in agreement by both parties. The same shall apply to that which is currently listed should the need to renegotiate them exist.

A. Mister C

Mister C agrees and willfully accepts boy john, as his property to control and dominate for his own personal pleasure and fulfillment.

Mister C will provide boy john with all necessary training and guidance in how to properly serve him.

Mister C must maintain a stable environment in which both may grow mentally and spiritually.

Mister C may discipline boy john as necessary to ensure boy john continuously understands his role with Mister C and discourage mischievous and unacceptable behavior.

When disciplining or doing a session, Mister C will ensure that boy john is not permanently marked or injured to the point of needing medical attention, that the discipline or session and the instruments used are proper and safe.

Mister C shall care for his boy john, seeing to his health safety encouraging and when necessary ordering medical attention when such cases warrant it.

Mister C shall see to his own health and seek medical attention when necessary in order to maintain a risk free environment.

Mister C shall not at any time require, request, allow or demand boy john to participate, whether at the hands of Mister C or the hands of another, to do any activity that may injure him.

Mister C shall make boy john's health a priority over all things and all times.

Mister C may session boy john at will, and may conduct sessions in any place that he deems suitable for such a session.

Mister C may bind boy john at will and for extended periods of time keeping health and safety forefront in said bondage and use boy john as he deems fit for his on personal pleasure.

Mister C may use boy john's body sexually in any manner he deems fit and pleasurable to him.

Mister C may flog, spank, whip and torture boy john as he sees fit for his on personal pleasure and may do so at his leisure.

Mister C will ensure that all tools, toys and equipment are maintained in a clean, hygienic and safe state at all times.

Mister C will not perform or allow to be performed, any action which could cause serious injury or loss of boy john's life. 

Mister C shall at various times, purchase items of Leather for boy john when boy john has demonstrated proper submissive behavior.

 

B. boy john

boy john accepts Mister C as his Daddy and gives Mister C his freedom willingly, relinquishing all rights of personal choice and privileges to Mister C, with the understanding that he or she is now the property of Mister C and does so in fulfillment of boy john's needs and desires.

boy john will always be loyal, obedient, truthful, loving, caring and ready to serve Mister C.

boy john has his own identity outside of being the Mister C=s boy.

boy john has his own opinions but knows not to voice those opinions until requested to do so.

boy john has the right to refuse to do any activity that may injure him.

boy john is expected to be financially self-sufficient.

boy john shall obey Mister C at all times without hesitation or reservation and in an expeditious manor.

boy john shall serve Mister C in any way he sees fit and with great desire to please.

boy john shall ensure that he takes any and all steps necessary to maintain his health and shall seek medical attention when ever it is needed, keeping Mister C informed at all times of any changes that may occur.

boy john shall see that his balls are cleanly shaved each day.  When boy john visits, he is not to wear cologne or deodorant.

boy john shall wear his collar at all times (24/7).

boy john shall wear only the attire allowed by Mister C and regardless of attire will ensure that he is accessible to Mister C at all times.

boy john will strive diligently to remold his body, appearance, habits and attitudes in accordance with Mister C=s desires.

boy john shall not serve any other dominant without being directed to do so by his Master.

boy john shall accept any and all disciplinary actions deemed necessary by Mister C and remember his place and purpose with Mister C at all times.

boy john will abide by his Master's wishes and recognizes that Master has the final word on all that is to take place within the relationship.

boy john shall not participate in and has the right to refuse to do any activity that may injure him.

boy john shall always conduct himself in a respectful manor whether in the presence of Mister C or not, recognizing that his behavior is a direct reflection of Mister C and shall be held accountable for any wrong doings, misdeeds and misbehavior when not in the presence of Mister C.

boy john shall not touch or pleasure his self sexually without permission from Mister C to do so.

boy john must request permission to go out to clubs and bars when not in the presence of Mister C.

boy john shall submit to any sexual activity deemed fit and pleasurable by Mister C and shall do so eagerly and without hesitation.

boy john shall submit to whippings, floggings, spankings, caning, paddling and the like at the will of Mister C and shall do so without hesitation.

boy john will wear his chains and bondage proudly and keep Mister C informed of any loss in circulation due to the tightness of the binds.

In public, boy john shall not look Mister C directly in the eyes unless told to do so and shall always keep his eyes cast down when in the direct presence and contact with Mister C.

boy john shall always conduct himself in a respectful manor to his Master and shall call him Sir or Mister C.

While in public, boy john shall remain standing unless other wise told to do so by Mister C.

 

VI. Finances and Employment

Each party understands that prior to engagement of said relationship both have acquired certain personal property and wealth. These items do not become the property of the other once the relationship has been entered into that they remain the sole responsibility of their owner.

Mister C is expected to take care of expenses when there are trips to other cities.
