NC 18 Business: Serves Lenoir. Created in 1960 as a renumbering of NC 18-A which followed Harper Ave all the way through Lenoir. Of course way back in the day this was mainline NC 18.
About 1968, NC 18 Business was given one-way splits: EB used Harper Ave while WB used Mulberry Ave and W Ave NW while circling what I presume is the courthouse. Between 1969-82, NC 18 Bus WB began using Ridge St to W Ave. Mulberry continued to be part of US 321-A NB. NC 90 duplexes with NC 18 Business east from downtown back to US 64/NC 18 just short of US 321.
