*We will come to your Business, evaluate your
existing network and make recommendations on general network enhancements. If
you do not have a network, we will provide you with a site survey to give you an
idea of your hardware needs, along with an estimate of the cost your Business
would incur. Final price will be determined upon contract agreement based on
current market conditions concerning Hardware and Software. Every effort will be
made to make the initial quote as accurate as possible. Free evaluation EXCLUDES
Comprehensive Security Evaluation.
**Basic networking rates apply to the
following: Peer-to-Peer and Client/Server networking under 15 nodes, non-Active
Directory based. Software installations, inter-office e-mail setup (under 15
users), virus removal, backup planning, and upgrades to existing network
hardware under 15 nodes. There will be a 1 hour minimum charge per service call.
After the first hour, billing will be handled in 1/2 hour increments.
**Advanced Networking rates apply to the
remainder of services not listed above, and for all work done on Networks over
15 nodes. This rate also applies to all new network designs and installations.
Excludes Network Security Evaluation. There will be a 1 hour minimum charge per
service call. After the first hour, billing will be handled in 1/2 hour
increments.
