RATES Inkjet Printers: $50.00 Per Hour Black/White Laser Printers: $70.00 Per Hour Color Laser Printers: $90.00 Per Hour
An Examination fee of $25.00 will be collected PRIOR to evaluating Printer Repair Cost. We will give you an estimate of parts and labor cost for your repairs before performing work. If the cost of repairing the printer or scanner exceeds the printer/scanner value, you will be advised to forgo repair. If you decide to repair the printer, the Exam fee will be credited towards your final bill. All Printers that get serviced receive a free cleaning and are tested thoroughly. If the problem is not solved after our visit, we will return to you at no cost. *Some Printers may have to be removed from worksite for maintenance. This will usually only apply to large Dot Matrix Printers.
