About Ronald A. Newcomb
From 2006 to late 2009 I was one of six Adj. Professors who worked directly with the College of Sciences Adjunct Faculty at San Diego State University where I tested and evaluated technologies. I also served as an assistant to the director of the Homeland Security Masters degree program at SDSU so, was on the Faculty of the College of Interdisciplinary at SDSU. I left the university to pursue commercial developments.
I am the Chairman and major member of World Wide Assets LLC, and the creator of the Laguna Salada development project currently in pre-start-up phases in Mexicali. I have been creating a series ofbusiness plans to help with those developments and the project will pull the Cucapah Indians out of poverty and help return tourism to Baja California.
I have recently designed and applied for patents on a new vertical axle fluid generator which can be used as a wind generators or water generator.
I was an analyst for the United States Civilian Research and Development Foundation for the Former Independent States of the Soviet Union which is a U.S. State Department foundation to created by the United States Government as an American response to the declining state of science and engineering in the former Soviet Union (FSU). The CRDF seeks to address this issue by fostering opportunities for collaborative projects between FSU and US researchers. I analyzed project 5009 submitted by the Science & Technology Center of the Ukraine.

Past: Adjunct Professor, San Diego State University College of Sciences 2006-2009
At the College I worked under Professor Eric Frost and Bob Welty at the Center for Information Technology and Infrastructure (CITI) and am the Director of Operations for the International Consortium of Advanced Technologies and Security (ICATS), and was the
Principle Investigator at ICATS for all of their various projects, and
Assistant to Director, Interdisciplinary Studies Masters Degree Program in Homeland Security focusing on Curriculum and Program Enhancement.
At ICATS with Professor Frost we started a new chapter in geothermal energy by looking for tectonics to determine where shallow geothermal resources might be found as opposed to looking only at thermal anomalies to identify near surface geothermal energy. This concept will continue once Laguna Salada is underway and we look to commercialize other desalination systems in other locations.
I am Chairman of the Board, Majority member of World Wide Assets LLC, and Strident Ltd. a subsidiary of WWA and Autek LLC. I was part of the MSC inspection team for the SBX-1 in January of 2008, just before it helped track and shoot down that "dangerous" satellite reentering the atmosphere (sorry, this was a dog and pony show for North Korea, the Chinese, and Russia) then after the turkey shoot, was on the inspection team for the Observation Island, which was also part of the exercise.

Current: Chairman of the Board, Director, Managing Member, World Wide Assets LLC, and Strident Ltd.
Adj. Professor Newcomb is the author of the company business plans including the plans to develop Laguna Salada in Baja California. It is his design of the geothermal desalination device that is the enabling technology for that development project. Strident has received a license for that technology for the State of Baja California, Mexico.

Adj. Professor Newcomb conceived of the Salton Sea remediation plan and is responsible for its development including proposed developments surrounding the Sea once it is/was remediated.
As CEO he was charged with coordinating all company functions outside of manufacturing itself, including seeing that the materials for manufacturing are delivered on time and in budget. He left Aqua Genesis when the controlling member refused to accept design changes indicated as necessary as implied by the test data, and ignored advice concerning the adility of the desalination units to function with Salton Sea water.
