New Tribe Idea

  Here is some of my interests and I will include links that support my theory on post modern society. My biggest interest is bringing a cultural revolution in bringing in new ideas. The retro tribe or new tribes are a new way of life that can coexist with today's society These "new" or "retro" tribes are a new level of society that will form in the 21st century. We live in a global economy and as such we really live in a large environment.

  It is not really countries or cities anymore it is an environment of what is called a high tech stone age. It is an artificial environment that is man made. We have lost touch with the close society structures that we used to have even just hundreds of years ago. In order for most people to survive in this high tech stone age they must band together as a new tribe where they can pool all their resources together. In post industrial societies such as the united states we are hunter gatherers again. We "hunt" for jobs and "gather" food from stores in cities. Yes we have better technology but not better societies.

 We live in a world in which for the most part we are very much isolated from each another. With even lower wages and higher costs of living it is becoming more difficult for peoples to survive in the same way before tribal societies began. People banded together to help each another survive. It is our social instinct and it is not natural to be cut off from each another but happens as people work more and more for less and less.  We must form new societies from which we can coexist with our outside environment.

  The modern retro or new  tribe would live with the laws of the outside environment. Without doing so would result in destruction of the tribe. The tribe would be an unit that bands together to help to help one another in any way possible. Raising children and taking care of elderly would be all taken care of by the tribe. This would allow members of the tribe to work and not have to worry the costs of daycare and nursing homes. Tribe members would only have to work part time somewhere and give $100 a month to the tribe. If a tribe member does not carry his or her own weight then they would be exiled from the tribe. This exile would have to have a 66% vote. The tribe application process would more than likely prevent this from happening but this would cover all possibilities. With enough tribe members, the tribe could live very well.  People would no longer have to work to death for minimum wage or worry about getting laid off from their job. Tribe members could also chose to have  a career outside the tribe. Each member would have his or her own space or room and would still own their personal possessions and their own money.

Capitalism would not be thrown out. Money as a unit of exchange has been around for thousands of years and has been proven. What the new tribes would stand against is corporate greed and consumer capitalism. No longer would people be "consumed" and thrown away. The New Tribe would work on making things that last and not to be disposed of. It is the New Tribe's believe that people are not disposable. They would have a second choice. 

The New Tribes would be organized like Bee hives. Once a tribe reached members with 100 or more then the tribe would form a new "Queen" as it were to create a new tribe with ten more members. The new Queens would set up new all across the country or countries they live in.

The tribes would meet once a year in a Union of the Tribes Council meeting. This meeting elect a new tribe King for that year and New Council members who would set the next meeting for the following year.

New Ideas will be posted on here as this website is still under construction. I am working on a full New Tribe constitution. A constitutional convention for which a date will be set will be held in the next year or so. Keep posted for future updates.
