Resort Description:
Located at the north end of Maui's world-famous Kaanapali Beach, the resort offers sumptuously landscaped grounds. Each unit at the resort features a spacious lanai. One of the highlights at the resort is a one-acre swimming pool with a water slide. The resort also offers miniature golf, children's programs, and a variety of on-site dining choices. Within minutes of the Kaanapali you will find five championship golf courses, tennis facilities, international shopping retailers, and the charming old whaling capital of Lahaina.

This room has a lovely 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath suite; Indulge yourself in this Ocean View Room - About 820 square foot, full ocean-facing 1 bedroom suite, beautiful huge bathroom, with shower and separate oversize tub for two, large private lanai and gorgeous views to the western Pacific including the vistas of Molakai and Lanai. Sleeps 4 adults plus add a roll-away to sleep 5. Enjoy the wonderful large-screen TV and entertainment center in the living room plus the large TV in the bedroom. The suites have been newly remodeled by the Embassy to be a blend of traditional and contemporary Hawaiian decor, featuring: mini kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, microwave, additional cabinet space, plus an island with granite countertop; oversized wicker chairs, tropical patterned sofa sleeper, custom designed entertainment center, and island style lighting in the living room; bedroom redesigned in soft tropical hues with rich furnishings, added desk and chair; newly tiled bathroom floors complemented by: a pedestal sink, granite countertop vanity with ample drawer space, full-length tub, and tiled shower; new carpeting and tropical artwork throughout.

This resort has three classes of rooms: oceanfront, ocean view and scenic view. This room is an ocean view and in 2007 the regular room rate was $492 per night.

Rental:
Renter must be at least 21 years of age and must possess credit card for security deposit and incidentals upon check in as with all major hotels and resorts. Must agree to follow all rules including not exceeding the sleeping capacity of 4 and no pets. Individual unit decor may vary slightly from photos as resorts make updates and changes. The purchaser will be responsible for parking fees if required and additional charges for cleaning services over a once a week cleaning provided by the resort.  The resort changes the towels and picks up garbage daily without additional charge.  A daily breakfast buffet is available for additional charge if you desire.  There is a General Excise Tax (GET) and a state imposed Transient occupancy tax (TOT) collected upon check-in that the buyer is also responsible to pay.

You will not be required to attend any timeshare presentations to receive this deal. So, if you are shopping around, be very cautious of deals that look too good to be true. More often than not, if they are offering you a low price for the room, it is under the pretense that you have to go to a meeting. I already own at this resort, so no such meeting is necessary. You will be staying as my guest.

Upon making your purchase, please email me with the following information: Your name (i.e the name you want the room to be booked in), address and phone number. Upon the payment clearing, your reservation paperwork will be mailed to you. The reservation will then be in your name and you will be able to call the resort directly to confirm that. A photo ID will be required at check-in with the name matching the reservation name.
