Conclusion

In conclusion, the experiment didn't work properly. Not that it didn't do what we expected, but the generator didn't work, so we couldn't test it.

Analysis

There were two main problems with the experiment. First, The generator was slightly off center with the weight or something, so it would spin crooked. Second, if the generator did work and produced electricity, we are next to positive it wouldn't work anyways because of the Law of Energy Concervation. If there was a way around this, it would be quite unlikely that a group of 8th would find it.
