		Optional Benefit Coverage Buyer's Only        Swimming Pool Equipment Covered: Spas, Hot Tubs, and Swimming Pool on related plumbing and electrical components. Excluded on the 30-Day Warranty. Not Covered: Liners, covers, accessories and normal maintenance. Not available for the Sellers.        Lawn Irrigation System Covered: Related plumbing and electrical components. Not Covered: Normal Maintenance adjustments and freeze damage. Excluded on the 30-Day Warranty. Not available for the Sellers.        Septic Tank Pumping Covered: Coverage valid only if a septic tank certification was completed within 120 days prior to start of coverage. A copy of the certification may be required prior to completion of the work. Not Covered: Only one time pumping per contract if the stoppage is due to septic tank back up. Excluded on the 30-Day Warranty. Not available for the Sellers.        Eletronic Air Filter and/or Humidifier Covered: All components or parts. Not Covered: Normal Maintenance for the system.
