Note: Structural coverage is eligible only when a licensed engineer/architect has performed and inspection on the property. The exposed roof surface is included in the Warranty coverage only for repair to the location of leakage. Roof repair includes patching, and/or replacement of sections of the roof surface for purposes of stopping active leaks. Repair materials will be similar to those presently installed. |
