Information for Sellers


Optional sellers coverage starts upon receipt of confirmation number from CHW and continue until expiration of the initial listing period not to exceed 180 days or until close of sale or termination of listing (whichever occurs first). In the event the close of sale does not occur within the 180-day period, an extension may be request but coverage may be extended at the sole discretion of the Company. Optional seller’s coverage is not available on optional benefit coverage. Seller’s acceptance of coverage obligates the seller to purchase a Buyer’s Service Agreement at the close of the sale. Fee shall be paid at the time of closing.


Upon request, client’s selling their homes will receive a complimentary Premarket Home Inspection from Covenant Home Warranty Corporation’s participating Inspection Company

The Premarket Home Inspection will make you aware of possible repairs or improvements necessary to quickly sell your home.

 Q.    What does a Premarket Home Inspection include?
A.    There will be a review of the home by a participating Inspection Company covering of the general items that are listed under the warranty.

Q.    How much will this cost?
A.    Zero dollars. this is a complimentary service to our clients.

Q.    Will I recieve a written report to show the results?
A.    Yes, the Premarket Home Inspection report will give you details on the result.
