Adia is a very sweet & shy ferret.  She does play a lot with Mazzy & Butters, but seems very shy around humans.  I think this is because she was returned to the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria twice.  However she is slowly coming out of her shell!  She has now started to greet me when I enter the room & gives me kisses when I hold her.  She is also starting to slowly play with me, although she doesn't really seem to know how. 

Her favourite activity is to play with a ball inside a hard plastic tunnel.  She spends a lot of time batting the balls around inside.

Adia's name used to be Jesse, but I renamed her after one of Sarah McLachlan's songs.  Jess had a brother at the shelter (Jordan) that I wanted to adopt, but when I put in my applications, I was second in line for him & first in line for Adia & Mazzy.
