Butters is the youngest ferret I have ever owned.  When I adopted my first four ferrets, they were about 4 years old.  Mazzy & Adia are listed as being anywhere from 2 - 4 years old according to who filled out the paperwork.  But Butters is listed as being about 1 year old.  My first "baby"!

Butters was found as a stray - it is hard to believe that no one went looking for this sweet boy!  He loves to play.

Butters' name came to me on the spot.  After my home interview with Susanne I mentioned an interest in adopting a third ferret (I had put in applications for Mazzy, Adia (and Adia/Jesse's brother Jordan), but was only able to get Mazzy & Adia.  When I arrived the next morning to pick up Mazzy & Adia, Susanne had already filled out an application for me for Grande - just in case I was still interested in adopting another!  Grande's name is because he is HUGE.  I have only seen two other ferrets as large as him.  And he is so soft & cuddly.  So I named him Butters after my favourite characters on the cartoon South Park (^^;;)


Secret : Butters loses just about every time in mock battles with the much smaller Mazzy & Adia!
