Clubhouse Committee
The Clubhouse (Clubhouse and Pool Ph. 868-7303) is free to use (open access) for all OPC Homeowners; however, exclusive use requires paid rentals. All homeowners must use a unique access code to enter and exit the clubhouse. We recently switched our security system to Digital Security Inc. The security system (motion, door and smoke detectors) provides OPC with monthly entry/exit reports, and the Sheriff's department will investigate illegal entries. The system also contacts the Tabb Fire Station with smoke detection. Please download the Word document titled "Security Code Release Form.doc." This form contains a Security Code Release Agreement, Security System Procedures, and Clubhouse Usage Guidelines. Please deliver your completed Security Agreement form to JoAnn Hoyt 306 Chinquapin Orchard Ph. 868-0779 to obtain your Access Code and the Clubhouse Password:| OPC
