ATTENTION ALL OLDE PORT COVE HOMEOWNERS!
As of October 23, 2007, all homeowners must use a new access code to enter
and exit the clubhouse. We recently changed from the ADT security
system to a Digital Security system. The upgrade fixed some
malfunctions, provides a finer level of security, and decreases our monthly
costs. Please download the Word document titled
"Security
Code Release Form.doc." It contains a Security Code Release Agreement, Security
System Procedures, and Clubhouse Usage Guidelines. Please contact one of
the following persons to deliver your completed Security Agreement and then to
obtain your Access Code and the Clubhouse Password:
