******1955 DODGE CORONET******

BEFORE
AFTER

1955 Dodge Coronet. This was the car that I originally went to Humbolt to buy.But then I also saw the 50 Pontaic and had to have that one. This car is being restored as a daily driver also. It will be for my daughter. It will be getting a 318 ci.eng. I have a 77 Firebird sub-frame and rear end with 2.73 gears to put in it. I had to move the firewall out 2 inches to get the air conditioning to fit up under the dash. The car will be painted with acrylic enamel.Black and purple.I am trading work for the welding of the subframe as I dont trust my welding for major structural parts. This car is a bit harder to find parts for as not many people deal in Dodge parts.Especially the 55. I had to take the wing windows out and go with one peice front windows because no one has the wing window vent rubber. As with the 50 Pontiac it is being done in the back yard by "ME INC." All of these cars are a learning ground for my ultimate project...............
