BATTER  FRIED FISH

Wash fish fillets & dry well.

Make a dip with 1 egg in 3/4 cup of milk, mix well.   

Add Tony's & 1/4 tsp. garlic powder.

Dip fish  in egg mix & place in a Ziploc bag with fish fry and coat well.     

Remove fish & place a single layer on a baking sheet.

Separate with wax paper, place in refrigerator and chill for 1 hour or more. 

Fry at 375 degrees until you can't stand the wonderful aroma and just have to sample.
