Stuffed Fillet Mignon

1 fillet

1 pack  blue cheese

1 tsp olive oil

salt & pepper

Make holes in fillet &stuff in cheese. Heat skillet very hot

& put in olive oil, then sear fillet on each sides.

Remove & place in broiler until done.
