Season roast with Tony's & garlic powder. Coat roast with flour. Place in a Dutch oven pot that is lightly oiled, then place uncovered in a 425 deg. preheated oven until brown , turn once. After browning add a small amount of water & cover. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. until tender, add mushrooms & mushroom gravy & cook about 15 minutes more. To thicken the gravy , mix corn starch with a little water & to gravy then cook about 5 to 7 minutes. more. |
