BROILED SPECKLE TROUT

1-1/2 lb. trout fillets

1   stk. butter

2  ozs. vermouth

Lemon pepper or lemon & herbs

Sprinkle fish with herbs.

Pour melted butter over the fish in a baking dish.Broil about 4 " from heat @ 450 degs. 6-7 min.per side
