CHICKEN STEW

1   hen (cut in pieces)

1   stick butter

3/4 cup milk

1   yellow onion (chopped )

3   ribs celery (chopped)

1   bell pepper (chopped)

2   cloves garlic (chopped)

1   tbsp. Worcestershire

    

Flour and  Tony's Season cut chicken.   

Melt butter in a Dutch oven pot .

Dip chicken in milk & coat with flour.      

Brown chicken well in butter & remove from pot.     

Sautee' onion, celery, bell pepper & garlic in drippings until tender.     

Add chicken & enough water to just cover it.

Add the Worcestershire, cover & cook over medium heat until chicken is tender, about 3 to 4 hours.   

Serve over rice
