CRAWFISH OMELET

1/2   lb. crawfish tails

1/2 cup green onions & parsley

1/2  stk. butter

1   clove garlic (crushed)

1/2   tsp. Worcestershire

 

Fry crawfish in butter over low heat until tender.    

Add onion, garlic & parsley . 

Beat eggs and season.    

Pour over crawfish and stir gentle until done.
