FALSE FISH CRAB SALAD

Boil fish in liquid crab boil .

Once fish flakes well remove from heat and drain .    

Let cool then de-bone .

Set fish aside.  

Make a sauce of mayonnaise,1/4 tbsp. horse radish , 1 tbsp. French dressing, salt & pepper to taste.

Mix all ingredients & place in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer.

 SERVE on a bed of lettuce.
