ITALIAN SAUSAGE STUFFED MUSHROOM

14   large fresh mushrooms

1/2  lb. Italian Hot sausage

6 oz. smoked cheese spread

   bread crumbs

 

Remove mushroom stems & chop.    

Brush mushroom caps lightly w/ butter .

Brown sausage meat that is removed from casing & place on paper towels       

Mix the cheese & sausage in a skillet. 

Spoon cheese/sausage mixture into mushroom caps.  

Place on a cookie sheet & top with a little bread crumbs.

Place in a preheated 350 oven for 10 to 12 minutes
